The rules say that the first place isn't supposed to be entered so they're breaking Konami policy they could get reported as they still broke the rules by giving to second place and not redoing the raffle @@YGOPD
Promos. They change each time they do it. These were doomcalibur knight and swords of revealing light. Much more valuable over time and the whole thing kept sealed
Just a few slight differences over time between breakers, hand traps, and side deck cards. Small changes really make a big difference for this deck honestly.
