Fr, I see so many people focusing just on the disabilities of others (especially the visible ones), so seeing others value what a person truly is, recognizing that they're way more than just their disability, literally makes me cry like a baby in emotion
Just saw the news that Grayson passed and just wanted to comment on his interview how much he impacted my life. I watch his interview often and recommend it to others. Grayson lived a life filled with love, with parents devoted to him. I think he was lucky to have appreciated the gifts he was given, rather than focusing on what others have. Grayson was a blessing to all of us who were privileged to have witnessed him.
I have never seen someone in with the amount of diagnosis this kid has and be so passionate about baseball, mom, and dad. Golly when he's around a friend? Happiest kiddo on earth. This kid has real charisma and is a real charmer given all the illnesses he has. God rest your soul you sweet darling angel.

I was born with craniosyntosis too, but a doctor noticed it right away and I was saved from severe deformation. This poor kid had a heck of a human life, but had the personality of a wise old wry uncle trying to get a smile out of you. grayson couldn’t have been blessed with better parents. his family loves and cares for him so much ❤ it’s sad seeing that he’s passed, but his life seemed full of genuine love and support. not enough parents like that out there

I had a son in 1978 his name was Jessie Jay he was born with many of the same conditions as Grayson and they look so similar when I saw your video my heart jumped ,he is so precious ❤My Jessie went to be with Jesus at 2 yrs 9 months 9 days old ,I miss him every day he would be 43 now ,I am so sorry for your loss God bless you and your family.

When she said “he’s a daddy’s boy,” and he responded “I’m your boy too,” my goodness I started weeping. Children can be such a joy in a parent’s life if the parents open up their heart to them. It makes me sad thinking of what joy and blessing many people have missed out on bc they only thought about the burden.

I agree @Pat Webster he's a Stoic! It's really inspiring me the be more positive and at least not complain about the cards dealt to me. If he can be this stoked and not complain, if anything for the super supportive family around him, then I can find it in myself to be for the very few left in my life. I have abandonment issues stacked high upon co-morbidities and kind of raised myself so it makes me super happy when I see parents this involved and loving of their special lil' dude. Grayson passed away this morning. He was one of the sweetest people I have ever met. Grayson was a bright light in this world, and I frequently rewatch his interview when I need a reminder of the good things in this world. His parents share that they hope Grayson’s story helped everyone learn that they are important and loved. Grayson, you will be missed, and we all love you so much. I hope that whatever happens after this life has endless baseball for you to enjoy. Thank you for making this world a better place. I had a niece that passed away about a year ago, she was ten, but people thought she was about three or four until she spoke to them and they were always shocked because she was very intelligent. She had one called DOC EIGHT SYNDROME, SHE WILL NOT BE FORGOTTEN.
You would expect this to be sad, or depressing. In actuality, it was uplifting. I am however deeply sorry for his parents’ loss. He was a wonderful kid.

When he said he's happy, thats when I started to cry. I was diagnosed with depression and anxiety disorder, for a long time because domestic abuse, I also have some health problems but nothing compared with this RUclips channel. People ask if I'm happy, and I just don't know if I'm or I say I'm not. This video just made me realize that I need to be strong and love who and how I'm, that people can love me how I'm, life can be difficult but it doesn't mean that I can't be happy. @@Maji777111 Nope. I think happiness has to do with how you focus your attention. You focus on what's "evil" in the world all the time you experience unhappiness; you put your attention on "good" things most of the time then you experience some happiness (as expertly displayed by this kid). If you walk around thinking the world is an intrinsically evil place then you're living with delusion, not some kind of perceptive state that only ignorant people lack. The world isn't good or evil, it's just the world. Try mindfulness meditation, it might help your outlook. There's plenty of good apps out there.

This kid is so strong. Imagine hearing that you have been diagnosed with probably more than 10 syndromes 🙁. He is so brave because when my ENT doc told me I was getting an inhaler I was (literally) about to lose my break fast.
Grayson made such a positive impact on not only me, but many others. He is such a beautiful soul and I know he will rest easy. Many home runs are in his bright future! A beautiful soul like Grayson’s is so rare. Many of us so privileged in life complain about the dumbest things like our food being cold from a restaurant.. but this sweet boy has many reasons to complain yet he doesn’t and finds something to be happy about! I spent 20 years as a caregiver for people with special needs. I have over the years felt many emotions about the people i cared for(i have to say no negativeones). My one steadfast belief has always been, Special amazing souls are always given these things, to protect them from the nastiness of the world. I just saw Grayson's story today. Came to read the comments and saw that he had passed. I was saddened to hear the news. I would have loved the opportunity to be able to get to know him and his amazing family more. They are all such wonderful people. I am glad that the world got to meet Grayson and his family if only for a little while. Thank you for what you do, teaching people to love their fellow humans is never a bad thing.

What made me cry is this specifically. These parents are the elite of parenting.
Fr, I see so many people focusing just on the disabilities of others (especially the visible ones), so seeing others value what a person truly is, recognizing that they're way more than just their disability, literally makes me cry like a baby in emotion
Just saw the news that Grayson passed and just wanted to comment on his interview how much he impacted my life. I watch his interview often and recommend it to others. Grayson passed away this morning. He was one of the sweetest people I have ever met. Grayson was a bright light in this world, and I frequently rewatch his interview when I need a reminder of the good things in this world. I had a niece that passed away about a year ago, she was ten, but people thought she was about three or four until she spoke to them and they were always shocked because she was very intelligent. She had one called DOC EIGHT SYNDROME, SHE WILL NOT BE FORGOTTEN.
You would expect this to be sad, or depressing. In actuality, it was uplifting.
I am however deeply sorry for his parents’ loss. He was a wonderful kid.

I was diagnosed with depression and anxiety disorder, for a long time because domestic abuse, I also have some health problems but nothing compared with this RUclips channel. People ask if I'm happy, and I just don't know if I'm or I say I'm not. This video just made me realize that I need to be strong and love who and how I'm, that people can love me how I'm, life can be difficult but it doesn't mean that I can't be happy. @@Maji777111 Nope. I think happiness has to do with how you focus your attention. You focus on what's "evil" in the world all the time you experience unhappiness; you put your attention on "good" things most of the time then you experience some happiness (as expertly displayed by this kid). If you walk around thinking the world is an intrinsically evil place then you're living with delusion, not some kind of perceptive state that only ignorant people lack. The world isn't good or evil, it's just the world.
Try mindfulness meditation, it might help your outlook. There's plenty of good apps out there.

Just read in the comments that he passed away, he seemed such a bundle of joy and happiness. My prayers to his parents, they seemed such wonderful parents. I know the pain can never go away but I hope they can smile when they think of the memories they made with Grayson.

This might be my most favorite sbsk episode thus far. What a darling love. He is so brilliant and funny and an emanation of the purest light. I imagine it’s so tough for these children to be exposed to the conversations surrounding their differences and mortality. The love that has grown and expanded within me having the great fortune to mother a child with special needs and now coming across this channel recently my goodness !!!- connection is truly such a guidepost for humanity toward the ultimate truth…LOVE! I am grateful for this beautiful art and the therapy it provides.. reminding me of who we all truly are.. love. Wow.

Grayson made such a positive impact on not only me, but many others. He is such a beautiful soul and I know he will rest easy. Many home runs are in his bright future! A beautiful soul like Grayson’s is so rare. Many of us so privileged in life complain about the dumbest things like our food being cold from a restaurant.. but this sweet boy has many reasons to complain yet he doesn’t and finds something to be happy about! I spent 20 years as a caregiver for people with special needs. I have over the years felt many emotions about the people i cared for(i have to say no negativeones). My one steadfast belief has always been, Special amazing souls are always given these things, to protect them from the nastiness of the world. I just saw Grayson's story today. Came to read the comments and saw that he had passed. I was saddened to hear the news. I would have loved the opportunity to be able to get to know him and his amazing family more. They are all such wonderful people. I am glad that the world got to meet Grayson and his family if only for a little while.
Thank you for what you do, teaching people to love their fellow humans is never a bad thing.

This little boy was blessed to have incredible parents who loved and fought for him so hard.
I was already in tears by the time the video ended, and after learning from the comments that Grayson had passed away, it just broke me. I can't imagine the pain that his family have gone through. This video made me realize how we've been blessed so much, yet we're ungrateful. Rest in peace Grayson, your story definitely has an impact on anyone who learns about you.
