    i need this for like 50 frames and that takes too long you got any ideas?

      Just copy and paste the keyframes. This shouldn't take longer than like 60 seconds. If you need to do it multiple times then save it as a preset when you're done.

      You can just save this as a preset after you do it once and then just have a one-click solution.

      Once you've applied your effect and keyframed it however you want, simply right-click on the effect instance in the clip's Effects tab and click "Save Preset"
