- A recently fired Willits police officer currently under criminal investigation is now being accused of sexual assault by a former resident of the small Northern California town, although police won’t confirm whether her allegation is tied to their ongoing probe. Bigad Shaban reports.

Derek sure skipped town fast for someone who people here are under the impression of being innocent lol he's a total shit there's no way that she could have said anything. He was threatening her by saying he would set her up. She's been to prison before you honestly think the county was going to believe her over him? I know Lorna Well and this did happen to her I saw her immediately after the last time it happened and what happened that sparked the criminal prone was the evidence on the work lap top they located on which he saved various sexual assaults on her and other women in town into. He is wrapped up to this day on the case of him taking a female co worker to the boonies and forcing her to consume alcohol in a threatening manner and then she pretended to drink it because she was certain he was going to leave her in the dark there so far from civilization barefooted.

“Failing to return” is the new term for stealing apparently. They wanted to make her look as good as possible. Doesn’t excuse his actions IF they’re true. Those are the types of people bad cops take advantage of.
Everyone makes mistakes and I have paid for those mistakes 10 fold. I served my time and have not been in trouble for quite some time.
