Too funny! I'm a vegetarian, a huge animal lover and a pacifist and I would like to string up by the neck every cute bunny, fuzzy squirrel and regal deer that continuously destroys my expensive and hard worked garden😂🤣

Gorg, I have a tip! To evict all those unwelcome pests, you can buy literal bags of live ladybugs at a garden shop and release them into the garden. They eat a bunch of the bugs, don’t bother the plants, aaand they’re super cute. ❤️

That’s right. I’ve always heard Disney parks use ladybugs instead of pesticides.
If it makes you feel any better about the bugs, there is a quote that says “if nothing is eating your garden, than it is not part of the ecosystem.” 🐛🐜💕
As someone who did organic animal friendly gardening I love that quote. My dad ruined my first vegetable patch by dumping snail pellets on it. Apart from making it non organic it put my German Shepherd at risk. Thankfully he was smart enough not to eat snail bait.
I wish I had a best friend like JVN. These videos really cheer me up on a bad day.

Hey Jonathan from Australia - best bug spray for caterpillars is homemade Molasses Spray. Couple of big spoons of molasses in a 1 litre spray bottle of water. Dissolve molasses with a little bit of hot water first, then top up with cold water. Stops bugs eating the hearts out of your lettuces, cabbages & chinese veg. Nice garden.

JVN I absolutely love your obsession with gardening. I too have picked it up during Covid times and am so struggling with things eating my plants🤬🤬🤬Because I don’t have a lot of light, I can’t grow fruit trees and have to stick to low light plants but no matter the plant, taking care of them brings me so much joy inside! I agree that beauty is the whole package!! Please keep making these wonderful gardening content!!

I got a tip for all your citrus-"trees"... ;) Two times a year a teaspoon full of used, cold coffee powder distributed on the potting soil is a perfect fertilizer! The Babies will grow better and build new blossoms, so you got a bigger chance to get fruits. How are they now?

JVN planting alliums will prevent many pests from hurting your plants. Companion planting is organic and delicious too. You can eat all the tops of the garlic and onion greens. I freeze mine in olive oil and it tastes amazing.
