- Uganda's president, Yoweri Museveni, has released a video of his home workout routine in a bid-to encourage Ugandans to stay indoors during the country's coronavirus lockdown. The 75-year-old is shown jogging barefoot around his office before completing 30 press-ups. Museveni banned public exercise on Wednesday to limit the spread of the virus

It is these kinds of fitness exercises that made it possible for me to be sharing the social media space with President Museveni this time as RUclipsrs decades after we always discussed his arm struggle on campus as undergraduates in the 80s'.
Ugandan president is an absolute chad. Love the man.

not everyone has such long room...i live in 5x5m flat and do tabata training (i have been doing it for years so this situation does not change anything in my training routine)
He is not staying at home. Neither do his family and friends. They all have passes to travel and do whatever they want and whenever they want. I think most people also don't have so big rooms to run 😂😂

The man is very old but doesn't want to leave the chair for others and even he is trying to make exercises in order to gain energy but there's no way. One day he will be out of that office. People power our power..
