Thats interesting. I had that exact same issue with my transmission not shifting under WOT. I have a Greene tune for engine and transmission. This only happened after i swapped the 6.4 ported intake manifold paired with a hellcat TB on my cammed 5.7 Ram with longtube headers, ATI underdrive, E-fan swap.
I tried swapping in an older transmission tune,but i believe the 8hp70 tranny torque management is preventing the shifting at redline.
It shifts fine if not at WOT. When at WOT it feels like it shifts to neutral and only after letting go of the gas pedal and stepping on it again it will shift.
Had the same exact problem. I ended up rebuilding the trans with a low mileage 3.0 eco diesel drum, and a RAM 1500 case (all the jarring of me trying to figure it all out actually cracked my original case. It fell into two pieces when I took it apart), with my original valve body/TCM. Same exact tune after I put everything back together and she was like brand new.

You just need a new rebuilt trans. The hp70 is just not gonna handle the abuse forever. The Frankentrans I put together from a low mileage 3.0 diesel and a RAM 1500 case feels so damn good, but it won't last. The clutches and pressure plates just wear out with the abuse we put them through.
I'm planning on rebuilding it myself with a Suncoast stage 2 kit, saving about $4000+ in labor and shipping.
Funny thing my next video is on what trans to go with n I've been considering buying the stage 2 suncoast also

Definitely has something going on. One question I have is have you done a upgrade to the drive shaft itself could that possibly be a problem if it hasn’t been upgraded or are they rigid enough to withstand that kind of power

Could it possibly be weight distribution that the front has more weight in front of truck?
No cuz this has great suspension for drag racing with coilovers up front n adjustable shocks in the rear

I've been hearing the 8hp95s aren't faring too well with Rams...cracked housings and such. Apparently the 8hp70s with a proper tune have lasted longer.
Maybe pull that trans out ....put in an old school 727 with manual valve body . No tune , no computer controlling the shifts just good old fashioned shifting ?

I have full weight transfer Suspension its definitely the trans
I'm afraid so. I'm looking for a new unit as well. If you take the valvebody out of the old one and swap over the TCM, you won't need to reflash the new transmission to your vehicle so it runs. I'm planning on doing the swap myself , so no dealer involved for the reprogram.
