Still Frostbite to me 🥶 🤣 22psi currently 👍
You'll always be frostbite lol 22 psi ... DAMN
@@IncredibleHemi1111 ol frosty 👍
Hell ya
Probably two of the best Ram channels you can watch. Great job guys, throw Don in there, and you have a boosted trio.
Traitor! You ditched us 5.7 guys just like R/T Life. 😂😂😂 Just kidding. You definitely have a monster on your hands. Can’t wait to meet up at the track! Thanks for 5he shout out! 💪 Still love ya brother!
Lol 392 life now , can't wait til we can hit track again
392 pistons have the ring pack higher towards the top of the piston which in turn weakens the top land. They most likely do this to pass emissions cause that area accumulates gas on the intake stroke and that puddled gas does not completely burn on the power stroke and burns incompletely in the exhaust. This creates hydrocarbons thus emissions.
Thank u for that information, I wasn't sure exactly about the ring gap n why stock they fail faster than others.
@@IncredibleHemi1111 it makes the top ring more sensitive to combustion heat therefore more expantion making it butt
February 24 Immokalee regional race way is having a race event !!!! NORTH VS SOUTH!!
I'll look into it

fun stuff, thanks
Glad you enjoyed it
Thanks some good info
Glad i can help
So what’s some good starter mods I can do on my 5th gen 5.7 ram?
6.1/6.2/6.4 exhaust manifolds, 1 step up throttle body. Tune, (ask around) cat delete. Fan delete/Efan. And put smaller tires on your rig. Thank me later
Going to be great, but please get Steave or make him use a trans jack when installing it I’d hate to see someone get hurt when we have tools that will assist…
I told to use one lol 😆 his was being used holding something else
You have talked me into building my 5.7, JK, great video
Thank u
Have you ever heard of anyone breaking a 5.7 crank ?
Nope lol just would rather have a forged crankshaft with my forged HEMI
I haven't seen one personally and I'm running 22psi on a stock 5.7 crank so far so good🤞
The old 6.1 in the SRT8s was a forged crank. Not sure how many of them are left or if theyre worth it vs a base 392 and really the 5.7 with a stroker crank is "technically" a 392... Heck the old iron hog Magnum 360s with a stroker made it a 408/410. The Hellephant was just a Stroked Hellcat to make it that classic "426" number.
@@FrostbiteRam rings gapped?
@@nicholascarroll4396 no sir stock pistons and rods also lol
Blah I’m choked I should have went with the power wagon
But I took the from what I thought was a 1st nation dealership 😂
Didn’t see any First Nation other then the commercial 😂
Same year power wagon was higher in km but had wench and all the good stuff
But I’m happy with my hemi always have been
As always enjoy your content
What need it to 392 swap ram from charger stock
You just need the block and 6.4 heads
Also a good tuner. Everything else off a 5.7 will work on a 6.4
Tanks u think Green racing can do it im like 45 min from him
Yea i boigth a 392 full engine from wreck charger
@@MAMAR-ov8in 👍🏾
I badly want to Hellcat swap my Rumble Bee. It only has 155k miles on it so ill let him life his life out first
🤟🏽
With a 2.75 pulley it's gonna spin the blower too much creating to much heath, the 2.9 wasn't designed to spin that much, i had a 2.9 on my fully forged 5.7 Hemi and i ran much better times then you ever have on your 3.92., mine was born with a 5.7 and still is, i got rid of my 2.9 and upgraded to the new magnuson 2650 way better then the old 2.9.
Your right the old gen 2.9 is not good with heat. But I have the gen 4 2.9 , it's better cooling n more efficient. Not on the 3.0 level but better than the previous generation 2.9s. The 2.75 was designed to go with the 2.9. And what did u have a car saying you ran much better times than me. Cuz I know you didn't in a 5500 pound truck.
I have Magnuson supercharger on my 392 challenger love it
But couldn’t you forge your 5.7 into a 392 with the same results and had a new rotating assembly all brand new. That would have been rated for 1000hp too right
Yes but it's a stroker. The 392 from the factory is a BGE which can be stroked in much bigger liie 454 n will make way more power than the 5.7 can
And is it also not true that the 392 block has less material around the bore/cylinder walls making them weaker than the 345?
@@dazza5654 no not really, because you can still stroke it to a 426, 440. It’s just a bge block is stronger
@@IncredibleHemi1111 I knew that part, the point I was making after watching the video was if he was just going to do a forge 392 he could have just did the same thing to his 5.7 block into a 392and got the same result
@@IncredibleHemi1111 I did something similar to what he did with my charger but I stroked my 6.4 block to a 426
