I think any Mario Painter worth their salt should attempt this challenge, NOW.
Basically this is a play through of me completing all 48 levels of the coffee break game in Mario Paint. There's 15 different icons before it cycles through and starts over again. I'm surprised no one on RUclips has done anything like this yet..
This part includes Levels 1 through 8.
I remember doing this about 5 years ago when my sister was just getting into video games..and she watched me do it too. Fast forward to a few days ago and the topic was brought up in a chat, so here I am doing it again for everyone to see.
This was done on snes9x, due to ease of recording. I did not use any slowdown tricks or cheats for this, but I can only give my word for it. This isn't that hard, just...tedious.

I remember the mouse and pad that came with this game. It wasn't very responsive and made this game so much harder than this looks.
it did help familiarize the concept to a lot of kids though
I did blow it in that boss fly part the first time playing. Didn't realize I was supposed to evade those attacks at first. That's what makes that glove scream and vanish.
And it takes 20 swats to defeat.

That thing sucked ASS! Wanted to pull the cord out multiple times because the mouse was so dam annoying
Tried like 5 minutes ago, its playable at medium speed, but slow is annoying and fast is too fast.
I played this game so much as a kid. What a very weird game all around.

Yo! I played this on Warioware. If I didn’t know Fly Swatter originated from Mario Paint, I would’ve thought this game was an anomaly. I never had a chance to play Mario Paint as a kid, but I’m still glad this game was real.
I laughed so hard when the 3rd level boss starting sounding like Barry white. "Yeah!"

Oh, the joy of RUclips. I was hoping that someone would have posted this very mini-game from Mario Paint and lo and behold someone did. Life is truly good.

I very much wish if Nintendo would make a remaster of this for computers or just recreate this masterpiece from my childhood.
The fly swatter game was a lot of fun. I couldn't get all the trophies without save states. They really should've made more levels with new insects and more background colors. That would've been so awesome.

My brothers and I rarely got past level 3... kudos... also I wouldn't be surprised if the creators of this game were stoned when they made this

I used this game to teach my late mother how to use a mouse when she was going back to work/getting a office job. Think it helped her quite a bit

Thank you so much for this. We are getting the game and mouse tonight from a gameshop and this was my FAVORITE part when i was a kid....i wonder if it will freak my 10 year old put as much as it did to me when he got mega mad!!!

To think that this weird little mini-game from an odd one off Mario game on the SNES is now immortalized in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate is... just neat.

Omg I finally found the game! I been looking for this game for years now! I always called it the computer tv mario game when i was a kid and never knew the actual name and any time i tried to explain it to my family they didnt know what I was talking about. Back when the Wii first came out the music triggered my brian to remember this game but I could never find it and it has been bothering me ever sense. Like BIG time! You have no idea how much this relieved me! Im so happy! Now I have to some how find a way to get the game so I can play it again and show my daughter! Nobody in my family remembered this game. But I would play it for hours at my grandmas house. She didn't know what I was talking about either. I wish that she was still alive... I really want to show her the game and see her reaction... Sorry for the book I wrote. Finding this game finally is really big for me. Lol

I remember barely beating the third stage as a kid, didn't know it did anything but loop beyond that.
Takes me way back. I could never get past level one because the ball thing came out the mouse controller.
Played this fkn game like 1000 times man. Literally not until this moment did it ever occur to me how absurd the level boss superfly thing is. wtf is that thing? it's like a cybersteampunk robot superqueen fly from space/ the year 3000...and it's great how it's a fly with wings but mostly flies with a jetpack LOL. i'd like to shake the hand of the weirdo who dreamed up that thing. maybe even buy 'em a cheese b.

A "fly swatting challenge" is a fly in the process of swatting a challenge. Hyphens exist for a reason.
The boss robot fly is named "King Watinga" when you get to level 3 his voice gets low

The only bad thing about the fly game is that there is no final boss or ending reward. When you beat the absolute final level you just go back to level 1 even if you don't lose a single time. Heck, the final boss fly is not even harder than boss isn't even harder than the fourth boss.
I mean... considering how many levels yo have to play through to defeat all levels and you'd wish that there was at least something different. Some sort of reward.
Am i the only one who always thought about the accumulation of all the dead bugs at the bottom just off screen? ;-)
