Wish they update/refresh the V-Strom 650 to be a bit more like the 800. And wish they do a V-Strom 450 or 500, with 50-60 hp and under 200kg.

Why did they change it to an alloy wheel setup?? The 650 had brilliant spoked wheels n tubeless tyres that should've been used here..allows for a better off road performance..!! In fact those wheels i thought was the only positive the vstrom 650 had over the versys 650... hope they have another variant!!
There's a Xde variant of this one which ha spoked wheels as wlel
In Europe we have hip on rally versions (de, gs). And road (on asphalt) versions are underestimated, even though most users spend most of their time on asphalt. I guess these commercials with professional drivers make people think I'll be crossing rivers on the way to work.
I think it's the richer western europeans screwing the whole continent over, you know, hobbyists who dream about riding in the Dakar but don't even ride their bikes to work.
@@jeremiaas15Most Europeans these days see motorcycles as toys . They are not like the people of Asia ,Africa & Latin America who use motorcycles for everything every day ,& need a good reliable easily maintained economical motorcycle .

V "not-a-V" Strom 800 - not great, not terrible. At least they updated the front fork and brakes on this one.

They launched a 250 single V Strom in India because the Indians didn’t want to pay the extra price ,for the earlier Suzuki parallel twin 250 cc DE . I have a 2018 Suzuki DE 250 cc Twin here in the U.K. ,it is a better quality utility bike ,with a very smooth parallel twin engine . The Indians want motorcycles that go to the moon & back on a litre of petrol & dirt cheap to purchase .
