hey there! rubiks cubes amaze me, and i recently saw that you built a custom "babyface" 2x2 puzzle. i was interested to see how it worked, and maybe purchase or create one myself. it would be cool for you to send me a link to the babyface model, if possible of course.

Well crap! As much as I search for various woodworking videos on RUclips I'm surprised I'm just now seeing some of your content. Very well made videos, as I've previewed a few. Subscribing, and when time permits I'll go through more of your videos. Nice job! It's good to see trustworthy carpenters doing videos.

Thanks a lot ! RUclips hasn't been very kind to me lately in terms of the algorithm, so I'm glad I still get to reach new people :) Thanks for joining the community !

Très belle vidéo, bravo pour le montage, les explications et le résultat. Peut-être pourrais tu avoir un tableau récapitulatif du nombre d'heures passées ?

i finish with a table top with a flooding ,and now table is like a bowl, not so extreme i mean just to give you and idea ,but dont know what else to do because is at final dimension ,and i cant put on the router sled again so i will finish with an onion peel ,im thinking in level it over the bench and put a fense on all the edge to stop epoxy from spilling over the edge and flood it again in both sides to give it a flat surface after epoxy self level again ,what do you think of this idea ?

You could either resurface the tabletop, but then again, if it's a bowl that's going to cause a lot of loss. Adding a new layer to flatten it out also works but might look strange, and will be tough to make perfectly transparents and impervious to scratches (that's why I'm not a fan of flood coats tbh). Or you could sand off the flood coat, place the tabletop on a flat surface upside down until it "bends back" and then make another finish and add steel channels to make sure it doesn't happen again etc... The only person who can know what to do exactly is you since you are the one seeing exactly what it looks like, but these are a few suggestions :) Good luck on finishing your table !

@@GregMakesThings yes i know i said like a bowl to give a chape but the difference in the center is just 3/16 " but i im sick with this ,i will flood again to make it come flatt ,3/16 is not a big deal ,thanks for your help man

Did you need to let it cure for a month, or was that happenstance?

It really is necessary because the epoxy keeps moving as it cures, this is also why after the final fix coat you still see the "line"in the middle of the table, it's not because the color is different,it's because the epoxy fix strip actually deformed over time. Technically I had to wait 3x 1 month, hence the delay in the video release 😅
