I started doing this weeks ago and I'm up to 4 minutes 15 second wall sits. Doing it every day helps me identify as a consistent person which helps me push through the pain. Thank you Charlie!

Controlling thought is difficult. If we listen to thoughts we become weak
Body thinks you're dying, doesn’t understand the context, that's why the pain is so strong.
Demonstrating discipline is important to garnishing respect, especially self respect.
Strength = being able to sit with thoughts, and inspite of the impulse to act on them, do not take action. Sit in pain, have the option to stop it, but don't.
Become detached from thoughts. Build habit of sitting in pain. People don't follow weak men.

    Such a great video Charlie!
Thanks for providing us with that value, I truly appreciate that.
However, I don’t think you’re the type of person, who wants to do clickbaity titles.
Clever people click your videos because of your content, be proud of your content and give yourself permission to promote it.
You deserve to be authentic bro.

Hey Charlie. I've been gobbling up your content in the couple of weeks and I have a question for you. If you run an agency, and add a "small amount" ($5-8k/m) to a business. What would be an appropriate percentage to take as payment? Thanks for all the knowledge!

You want your price to be (total ltv for clients result)/10. That gives your client a 10x roi and it will be almost impossible for them to say no. (I'm from his program)
