    所需食材有 :
    金瓜 - 500g
    面粉 - 50g
    粘米粉 - 50g
    木薯粉 - 50g
    蛋黄粉 - 1tbsp
    butter - 50g
    泡打粉 - 1tsp
    盐 - 适量
    清水 - 140g
    ----------
    Recipes:
    Pumpkin - 500g
    Flour - 50g
    Rice flour - 50g
    Tapioca starch - 50g
    Egg yolk powder - 1 tablespoon
    Butter - 50g
    Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
    Salt - appropriate amount
    Water - 140g

    记得用中小火炸至金黄,不可以大火,不然金瓜不会熟。金瓜也不要切太厚哦 Remember to fry on medium-low heat until golden brown. Do not use high heat, or the pumpkin will not cook through. Also, do not cut the pumpkin too thick.
    喜欢吃甜的话可以把盐改成糖~ If you like it sweet, you can replace the salt with sugar~
