I keep getting food not supported after scanning the bar cod, after scanning thr QR code it says product not connected to WiFI but my phone indicates that the oven is in the remote start mode when I turn the knob to remote start and remote off when I turn the knob to off
Bought your new lg oven cause of this feature. This feature does not exist in the app. Your customer service wanted me to email lgs it to find out why this is false advertising.

Everything works for set up but send is grayed .
Every item I've scanned says the product is unsupported
