Mi-au iesit foarte bune si putin crocante. Am pus doar faina obisnuita in aluat si in loc de inlocuitor de oua, am pus 7 g de faina de in si 45 ml apa amestecate impreuna. Delicioase! Voi mai face ♥
Hi I tried this recipe.. the Rose was too good but the inside was like sticky .. and they became soggy after some time.. where did I go wrong please?? Kindly guide me

Hi! Maybe the baking time was too short or the temperature shall be adjusted. The time can differ by eclair size or oven.
Can I use real eggs instead of egg replacer?
Yes, you can use it.
If you are using real egg, the aquafaba and egg replacer will be replaced.
