Is it common to feel a lot of self-doubt around these thoughts? Doubt that maybe you do want to actually hurt someone, doubt whether you find it wrong and so on.
Omg... the circling the block.. the more you do it the worse it gets so you have to do it again, and again, and then you check the door, the candle, etc.. it convinces me im alone but this video shows I'm not. Thanks:)
@@honeykumar5448Hi ❤️, I don’t know if you still suffer from this, but if you do I would highly suggest going to a therapist and starting (or at least looking into) exposure therapy for harm ocd 👍🏼
I have tremendous amounts of pent up anger that I’m afraid of taking out on a poor soul one day and today is the closest call so I’m looking this up because if I let it slip the person would become one with the pavement and wouldn’t have any features left on its body to identify
@@rhondavocht6129 it was the worst when i was first exposed to work pressure in my first job as a receptionist.. an antisocial person forced to deal with many people on a daily basis was a very aggravating twist of fate and i couldn’t handle it well.. but i’m doing better now that my depression and disappointment in the world overpowered the shock and anger factors
I don't know what kind of thoughts i have exactly or what it is but I have images in my head of me reacting when I'm angry that I hurt someone or I run off ...sometimes feels like my brain notices possible weapon I could use that aware me didn't even notice
I was having thoughts of hitting my coworker I tried to stay away from my coworker because I don’t want to hurt them so you think the people around us know we’re having those kind of thoughts ?

I cannot express the appreciation I have for this video.

Yes, that definitely counts as overthinking. Overthinking and ruminating the thoughts is OCD.
Yes for sure
In my experience yes. Good luck hun

How to cure it
It seems for me that it is helped like all other anxiety. Keep your mind and body busy. Get regular exercise and busy your mind.
It goes away after a while. Mine goes away for months and months and returns now and then
sometimes i have thoughts on killing my own family sometimes i just dont know why'
Don't give any attention to such thoughts, u know it's wrong , the more you think about it the more it will pop up in your head
