Just like everyone else who saw the trailer. I too was left craving more.... Something to scratch that itch only Doom Music can scratch. I bring to you a extended version of the trailers song. No I didn't just loop the video like others did. I literally shuffled, and smooth things out to make a hole doom track out of this.
Why?! Cuz I was left wanting a longer version that wasn't just the video looped. Your welcome in advance. If you want to support me please feel free to subscribe. Who knows if this does well I might do more.

I used to think the same some years ago, until I actually realized how much good metal there is nowadays, you just need to look deeper, but yeah, the work they do is amazing, and if you like video game metal OST you might wanna check out Ys series too.
Us Doom fans have been ripping & tearing demons for over 30 years now. And with The Dark Ages it seems like our fight continues or should I say it’s…eternal. ⚔️🛡️🔥
Heck yeah, and even long after we are gone the fight will still rage on. Cuz I’m convinced for as long as the human race lives on doom games will always be replayed over and over again. It’s like you just said doom is eternal ❤️🔥⚔️🛡

This kicks so much ass and has that glorious almost gothic, grim and apocalyptic feel. The moment Doomguy whips out the Shieldsaw to rev it up, that breakdown part was so clean. The horns at the beginning as he’s gearing up and the rhythm of rage this generates is GLORIOUS. There is only one man we know who has the a ability to make this kind of sound: Andrew Hulshult.
Bro i love how Gritty and Dark and rhytmical this is, no additional fluff or weird weewoo effects, just pure rage. I need more of this

@XFractal- It's not disrespectful to Mick to say that the new artists working on Doom are able to carry the torch for him. If anything, you're the one disrespecting Mick because you're going g against his wishes to enjoy the music from Hulshult. And Levy.
If the trailer track is anything to go by, the game’s soundtrack is gonna be so metal!

I started jamming out to this mid work out at home, one second my black cat is just walking by and the next second he suddenly became a panther with quad 50 cal mounted on its shoulders and a enflamed spiked mace for a tail.

@@Doom_slayer_fan Yep, love Mick's stuff, but this has a handful of grit rubbed into it, definitely more to my taste
@@TheVenom46 Mick's stuff in Doom 2016 and the Wolfenstein games had plenty of grit to it. I'd Software had him change the sound for Eternal to make it more palatable for people who aren't into extreme industrial music.

I have mixed feelings. This didn't really blow me away as it should've when I heard it but since the OST is being made by Hulshult I hope it'll exceed expectations.
That’s fair I can’t wait to hear the full official tracks when they get out. Id definitely going for a mix between classic hard rock and new argent metal. I’m all here for it.
I’ve been a doom fan and a metal fan since I was a kid. I love all kinds of metal. I really thought this was catchy sorry it doesn’t please you .
It's only the reveal the next trailer will have better music
I don't know man, this is exactly the type of brutal heavy metal music that I would associate with Doom. The vibe perfectly matches everything in the trailer.
Honestly it could just be filler music too.
As much as I like Argent Metal as the next guy, I feel like it wouldn't really fit the atmosphere or setting of this game, but rather, classic heavy metal would fit more, like this, being a great example...
I totally agree. This mix between argent and hard rock works so well.
I think Argent Metal could still work for this game if you throw some death metal and medieval influence in. We mustn't forget that the Argenta are a heavily industrialized medieval culture of warriors and engineers.
When they made Eternal i wondered how could they improve on it. Then they put a pull start on his shield and i knew everything was going to be ok.
I can't wait for this to come out in 2025

The ost is in the trailer that’s what music they are playing in the background of the gameplay……. You are aware they are gonna release the full track when the game comes out right?
Also not to mention I didn’t just loop it I did tweak the sounds to make specific rhythms so it flows better in a extended form. So no technically not just the trailer without video.

What I mean, there is no official music that carries sounds of background game.

If you think that this is generic, I have bad news for you about Mick Gordon’s music. Since the release of DOOM 2016, everybody and their mother in mainstream metal has tried to replicate the Mick Gordon sound. He’s even been a feature for some of those bands. Plus, Fear Factory has been making the “Mick Gordon sound” for years now.
If the OST can be half as good as DooM 2016 then I'll be happy. Of course they could have guaranteed that if they didn't screw over Mick Gordon like clowns last time. One of the dumbest things I've seen a developer do, ever.

@@pachurro2762like I told the other guy. The ost is in the background of the trailer. They did this with the last two trailers of the previous games. After the game comes out I can almost promise that the music playing in the background will be released as a whole ost. Maybe I’m wrong and they didn’t include it for this game trailer, but if the pattern holds then there you go. We shall just have to wait and see.
