My Anxiety has been really bad. Panic Attacks are flaring up (again) and I am having a hard time breathing. The only way I know how - to help me with my mental health - is to take a step back, get out into nature and micro-dose(comment below if you need some company recommendations. i know of some great brands). I am getting a lot better and slowly feeling like myself again.

Teddy Fresh was created by Hila Klein from one of my favorite podcasts ‪@h3h3productions‬. She is the wife of Ethan Klein who is the star of this show. I couldn't help myself with the Teddy Fresh x Alex Pardee Collaboration.
