    Ooh yeah we indians wear long padding,as the northern part recieve much cold than south so we north indians wear but u can see this trend only at the himalayn region and in winter we have day time -25c while in night it drop upto-42c but only at himalaya valleys cities town and villages

      No no never wear those because indoor heating is very warm

    I heard that Feb pathways may be wet and slippery so our sneakers aren't good? Can advice thanks! (Your videos are long ago but still relevant)

      I dun ever wear heat tech cos indoors are very warm and you cannot take off the heattecg

    Glad I found your video before my trip to Korea next week. As checked Thier temperature is around -5 to -15 in soeul , would it be really necessary for me to buy a long padding? I only bought a goose down jacket mid length from coldwear Singapore

    I know you like in Seoul and New York at the moment but do you think the long padded jacket will be suitable in Tokyo because I'm aware winters in Tokyo are much more milder. Can I get your advice on this as I believe you have lived in Japan before.

    What turtleneck brand is that? Looks very warm to wear, shall try get a turtleneck next time lol. I tried just jeans and sport shoes before once in winter (not sure how cold it was then but pretty sure near 0) and it was freaking cold for me cannot tahan (guess I'm scared of the cold), and when the cold wind blows my ear hurts so much that it lost all senses and felt like dropping off. This is a good advice on how to layer, will keep it in mind for next time! Oh ya do you wear heattech also?

    I didn't hear u mentioned thermal wear.. not necessary for the coldest month - January ? Even on snow night ?

      Nope never a necessary thing, in fact u will regret wearing those because indoors is very warm and now u have something u cant just take off haha

    We're planning to go to Seoul in January. Can I ask where can we buy cheap but good quality long padded jackets for guys? We're planning to buy few jackets that we will be using when we get to Seoul. 😊

      MrPokkaTea lol wear three layer with a quilted vest. I have a packable down vest in my bag always. Even if two layers are fine or day it is different at night. You can always remove a layer as needed.

      In SG? I don't think you can get this outside of Korea. Even of the same brand, I can't find it in NYC.

      $100+ by the way is CHEAP in Korea. Most will cost upwards of $300.

      but I recommend you buy from your country cos you are not going to survive the journey from the airport to the nearest shop.
