- Quick video tutorial on how to swap out your second row captain chairs for a second row 60/40 split bench. The escalade 60/40 split bench is both power folding and heated and will retain the heated seat control feature in the back console.

@curtissimpton6534 have captains but going to bench, due to a 3 yr old and new born. Easier to have bench and watch the kids this way!
about to do the opposite, bench to captains chairs. Took me a while to find some that werent crazy expensive. Got mine for $400.00. Thanks for the video
What year do you have? I'm about to buy a 2016 Cadillac Escalade but its a bench and I wanted the captian as well. The dealer mentioned I might be able to do that but wasn't sure it was possible.. I tried calling my local Cadillac showroom but they were no help and a few body shops I called said it "should work" but weren't sure..
@@catherineduininck4129 yes will work only thing you have to do is make sure its a tahoe or suburban bc the frames ar different. Easy as pie

Question: is the bench seat you swapped is from short escalade or ESV???? And will ESV bench seat will fit non ESV model????
The big difference between esv and short model is trunk space. So it’s fit.

I am planning to get yukon/tahoe and swap the 2nd row seats to captain chairs. Been looking for captain chairs forsale just to get an idea about pricing and still cannot find any.
My wife and I use the SUV a lot with the rear seats folded down. It’s annoying to only have 2 extra rear seats whenever it’s down. It’s nice to have a second row bench for added seating capacity.

What color? I have a 2022 Yukon bench (Leather) - Oh wait, mine is not XL - I think that matters on bolt pattern
