    Just as I was taught. However a little grated nutmeg adds to it nicely.

    This looks yummy, but this is the first time I have heard of Bread Sauce. You said that it goes well with all kinds of meats. My question is do you put it on the meat like a sauce or eat it like a side? Either way I will probably be trying this very soon.

      Turkey & Chicken is best, Pork is also good. Put the sauce on the side. It's amazing the amount of people who have never heard of this.

      White cloves is garlic I think. You need clove which is a spice. Can be bought in most shops.

    So it's just abread on milk with extra flavors like onion and paper. I would rather use a small part of that onion in a blender instead of wasting it all.
    I guess this all depends on what kind of bread you use. the bread is going to change the whole flavor.

  • @Mykasan
    @Mykasan 4 года назад +3

    What do you do with the onion?! do you waste it?!

    • @kineticpsi
      @kineticpsi 3 года назад

      All of the flavor went into the sauce. You wouldn't get any flavor from the onions after the good stuff is extracted, but you could always slice them and serve them with roasted veggies.

    • @mhnoni
      @mhnoni Месяц назад

      Yeah, this is a waste, you should use a small part of that onion in a blender instead of wasting it all just t o get the flavor.

    1:18 but the crust is the most nutritious part of the bread

      I don't think that's correct, if anything the crust was cooked more and has less nutrients

    Needs butter. Also better to just finely dice a little onion, sauté it and leave it in. I also grind the cloves and leave them in. Less wasteful doing this in my opinion.

      What's wrong with it? How's it any worse than thickening sauce with flour or corn starch like usual?
