I can't believe you dont have more subscribers. You just seem so real to the point that a viewer will feel comfortable and smarter overall. I hope the algorithm helps you out at some point!
Really don’t: 1. Don’t actually talk about your true weaknesses. 2. Don’t be disingenuous. Really do: 1. Pick something which doesn’t impact your day to day work life, but would be helpful. Something that isn’t core to your job, it is secondary. eg public speaking. 2. Add more to that answer by how this weakness came up, and how you have overcame this, ie working on this weakness.
Hey mate, great video, thank you. I have an interview coming up with Deloitte in Audit, Junior/job beginner level. What if I say during an online interview that one of my weaknesses, in this more and more digial world especially during covid, is actually sitting in front of a camera and talking to my laptop as it still feels slightly weird to me, as I am a person who prefers personal contact, however I am working on it and making progress as I'm more and more getting used to it because of the interviews and a few online courses I have been doing. It's an honest weakness of me, online interviews are much harder for me than normal interviews. Or is it too boring/irrelevant?
@@hajahkalobwe9915 Yeah I actually got the job. Starting Octobre 1st in Audit. They didn't really ask me for weaknesses tho, rather how I handle situations.
Please get to the point. A big weakness of yours is that you ramble and waffle so much. I can see why you could not make it at a Big Four. Try using a script and halve the time of your videos. You will then come across as valuable and you will attract more subscribers.
