I love mine and I'm still learning how to use all it offers! I recently made an Eggplant Parmesan that normally takes 90min to cook thoroughly and within an hour, it was done! Amazing internal space to place the ceramic caserole and no need to open the doors to check progress because it's easy to see when you turn on the light...

It can, but without any handles on it. So look around for pans without handles.
