Great Video. I purchased this oven about a month ago. I've used it to reheat a few things and have been studying how to use it as it is different from a conventional oven. Today I did a small chicken on the rotisserie. The chicken was a little bigger than a game bird you would buy from the store....as I raise my own broilers. Everything went well and the chicken turned out wonderful. The only thing is clean up. There is a question asked in the comments section about the exposed elements when using the rotisserie. The upper element is the only element which is activated while using the rotisserie. In the instruction manual it says to always make sure the drip pan is in place....and not to use foil on the inside of the over for any reason. Clean up was not to bad. The lower elements and brackets for the elements do get juice on them and I needed to use a toothbrush too get the brackets clean. I watched this video to see the placement of the drip pan while using the rotisserie. It is underneath the elements. My question is....Since the lower element is not on while using the rotisserie could the drip pan be put above the elements to keep them clean. Also in the manual it says the upper element is the only one activated during use of the rotisserie. I'm thinking I may have to contact the manufacturer to have this question answered but, if you can answer it I would appreciate it. Thank you

how do you keep it clean or catching on fire with that rotisserie right over the coils? I want to try it but that scares me a little.

Warning! This oven works fast, you cannot use the times on a recipe for a regular oven, it will burn the food as it is much faster as it is smaller. You need to watch the cooking and use times about 50% faster than regular oven.

I got one of these before watching this video and the timing is really hard to get right. It takes much longer than my Ninja air fryer, but less time than an oven.

Just curious, if I make an egg roll and brush oil or egg yolk over the rolls can the machine work with that do you think? I’m thinking of working on a good alternative to deep frying. Way too much oil on the rolls...

@@penknight8532 Haha. Well, I already have an oven. I just don't like using it. So I bought a Ninja dual basket air fryer last year. This one is a lot more flexible though and accommodates larger portions.

I had grease stuck to the steel baking pans and left vinegar on it too long and it ate through some of the metal. Great oven though.

It's just another gimmick appliance that I do not need.
    Nobody will convince me otherwise.
    My oven/stovetop was 500 dollars.
    This is 300 dollars.
    Makes no sense.
