Hi girls, Nonna is in charge, please listen to her, otherwise you're going to get it wrong. Far to much talking in that kitchen & no one is organised, to make a big batch it does take time. I'm Australian/Italian & my mum & most relatives are gone, we use to do the same things especially around Christmas, birthday's & special occasions when the family gets to together. The frying was always done in the garage, (my dad always complained about the smell of oil frying). We love making & cooking pasta, we have the same setup in our own homes. Every year at christmas & new year, I always make a big batch of Zeppoli, cannoli, tiramisu & cartocci. I have a lot of visitors in this time of year, we all enjoy making & best of all eating because, I only make all these sweet recipes once a year. Ciao Ciao

There is no "whipped cream" in canolli cream! It's powdered sugar with ricotta! Add a touch of vanilla and your done! HELLO!!!!

mojoribs they're cannoli forms. You can find them made of metal although traditionally they use ones made from bamboo
