    Hello,
    I am considering purchasing a Tesla Model Y RWD LR and would like to ask a few questions. Since you drive your 2023 standard model daily, could you share your observations on the quality of Tesla Model Y RWD LR suspension, sound insulation, and the feel of the door closing? Have you noticed any significant changes in these areas?

    When talking about max range i think highway speeds are more important. Go at 130 km/h all the time, sometimes overtake people and lets see the range. I think thats the actual figure we should be talking about.

    • @albanmemisi6669

      480 real kilometer with clean autobahn 130 km/t

    • @David_Polak
      @David_Polak 5 дней назад +1

      On the contrary, people don't drive 100% on the motorway daily. It will be closer to 50%. Besides that, 130 km/h is not the normal motorwayspeed in many countries, especially when taking congestion in consideration due to traffic, road works and accidents. People get an unrealistic view of the capabilities of EVs due to this way of thinking.

    • @omererel7766
      @omererel7766 5 дней назад +1

      @@David_Polak I think you are mistaken because even if people dont drive 100% on thw motorways thats the shortest distance they will go because of the consumption. Therefore it is the limiting factor. There is no way anyone can go 400 kilometers in a city and go out of energy, especially when they are regenerating that energy while braking. So they can recharge their vehicle when they arrive home. But they cant do that on the motorway, they could want to go to City B and have to change their way to get their car charged. They could lose hours doing that. Motorway mileage is the important thing here.
      And 130 is the speed you want especially because it is kind of faster than the usual. If you get 500 kms with 130 km/h you know you can get more with less speed.

    • @David_Polak
      @David_Polak 4 дня назад

      @omererel7766 It doesn't make sense talking about the limiting factor when you create unrealistic scenarios like 100% driving on highways. Real world daily situations are important to know, to understand what the numbers will be when you buy one.
      Besides that, many youtubers have already shown that charging EVs during holidays doesn't take you hours of extra time. The limiting factor is mostly the passengers who need a break.

    • @omererel7766
      @omererel7766 4 дня назад

      @@David_Polak How can city mileage matter when there is no way you will deplete your battery before you can go to your home to recharge it at the end of the day. But you cant do that when travelling between cities. If you are living in any country with a respecrable size, depending on where you are going, it could add hours to your trip to charge your battery on the way.

    Hy again. I have a question that will help me decide which tesla to buy, SR LFP or LR NMC?
    I am comparing the usable battery capacity while keeping the battery healthy. So:
    1. SR LFP can be charged 20-100% so 80% of 66kwh. That is 52.8kwh.
    2. LR NMC can be charged 20-80% so 60% of 75kwh. That is 45kwh.
    Why should we buy a LR instead of a SR if we are going to take care of the battery?
    With a consumption of 130wh/km usable range would be 430km on SR LFP, compared to 346 on LR NMC. 83km less range of usable battery.
    When do you think we would see LR LFP and why it is not yet on the market. The NMC is clearly outdated.
    What is the weight difference between LFP and NMC? How heavy would be a LR LFP 75kw?

    • @SDADanCars
      @SDADanCars  4 месяца назад +1

      If you do long trips often LR is better because you have more range… but if you drive most of time in city LFP is perfect…. NMC is more dense and lighter

    Hi, the test was interesting, even if it was almost always done at a low average speed, due to the speed limits imposed in Switzerland, it's true that you did a lot of ups and downs but I wish you could do them on the motorway to check how much of those 614 km would be feasible, I think it wouldn't work, with the limit at 120, over 380-400 km, however I continue to follow you because your tests are always interesting

    Very good vlog!!! But I have to point out few things which are misleading:
    1. Driving without AC is not real life material (I could see in minute 43 you were sweaty with sweat drops on the top of your forehead- zoom in). You didn’t mention any off this.
    2. As a fellow Romanian, I found it quite annoying how you spell the most used word in this vlog: “consumption” ( “u” is spelled “A”, NOT “U”). As I said, very annoying…
    Hope you find this feedback critically positive to the best improvement possible in the near future vlogs.
    Respect for your hard work and thanks again for your professionalism!
    P.S. I am planning to buy a tesla this year. In a 5 Series or an E Class with AC ON you wouldn’t stop to rest so often, and you know it! We are asking for 800-1000 km so that ICE cars will be over. I personally want electric, but they are not there yet, nit far away thought.
    If tesla had the seats of a 5 Series and range off 800, then it would be game over!

    Driving a lot downhill, outside temperature is ideal, speed is max 125 kph. With a diesel car you wouod get 1000 plus km range easily if not 1050. But drive it with a allmost 0°C or 30°C at least and see the real range. Most of the time the ideal conditions are a dream in a lot of the countries.

    • @andreiapostu
      @andreiapostu 5 месяцев назад

      @lukabosnjak3829 if you will charge an electric car only on supercharger, be sure you will have to pay quite a bit, allmost as I pay for a 6-7L/100 km consumption. Plus battery degradation. So it is not everything so amazing as it seems to be. Wait to see the depreciation of the car. I have a 2011 Passat that drives really good for its age. I want to keep it until I see it is not worth it.

    • @tudoralexandru8740
      @tudoralexandru8740 5 месяцев назад +1

      @@andreiapostu most people only charge at superchargers a few times a year, during long trips. most of the time you charge at home or at lower cost AC stations (at work or during shopping). Also diesels are about to be banned form cities (and for good reasons), so an EV is a more appropriate real life car in most scenarios. Plus you have instant torque, silence and next to 0 maintenance.
