This video popped up in my recommended and I literally spent ALL of today binge-watching your videos from the past two months so have followed your moving journey so far and have been looooving your vlogs 😍So happy you finally got an apartment, it's looking beautiful! Also I'm OBSESSED with Hina, she's such a precious girl! 🥺I'm also going to Japan and staying in Tokyo in January and have got soooo many ideas and places to visit now from your vlogs so thank you so much for sharing! 😍Much love from the UK! 🇬🇧
It still doesn’t feel real to me that you’re back in Japan. I discovered you years ago when you first moved to Japan and followed your journey after and now we’ve come full circle. Crazy 😂
If I ever get the chance to go to the Pokémon Cafe again I hope it’ll be during the release of a new game. Really wanted to try the Legends Arceus desserts from Pikachu Sweets.
The Pokemon Cafe looked like so much fun! I would go to Japan just for that - just joking. I'd love to go back to Japan to see many of the places you've shown in your vlogs, Kim.
It's good to do whatever you like. I will bring that mindset into the new year myself. Right now I want to buy a new (fancier) classical guitar because I used to play years ago and now I fell like I lost all interest in the hobbies I had before :( I went through a rough patch right before and at the beginning of the p*ndemic so it was all work and no fun. I'm good now so I will return to my music and to exercise (to loose the weight I gained on the last 3 years ;) Happy Holidays !
I hope you can find joy in guitar again! I lost the motivation for RUclips this year which was why I left for 8 months. I realized the reason why I was not enjoying making videos is because I was making videos I didn’t want to make. Now that my mindset has changed, it’s been much better!
I think most people has changed as well, especially after Covid. I know I personally hate shopping in person now, I rather buy stuff online and make the most of shops return policies. Especially since some shops are so disorganised!
I agree with you about the music in the stores. I’ve never been sensitive to noises (or so I thought) until I went to japans stores! Especially ones that play their tune all of the time like Yodobashi Camera… I had to leave a few times and find a quiet refuge just for my senses to calm down. Between the music on the streets, the screaming irasshaimase upon entering a store, and the store music, it becomes overwhelming. I totally get it!
Oh yeah, a few days ago I was in a donki and I had to go out immediately as I felt I was going to have a panic attack, I just can’t deal with those stores anymore
yea, shopping can be overwhelming and at times, you get better deals online! 😁 btw, is it easy to make online reservation at the Pokemon Cafe as an international tourist? and how advanced should i place a reservation?
The pokemon cafe looked so cute love all the plushes I would of got one of each. I never saw a pokemon cafe in 2020 when I was there. Will have to try one next I go 💙💖💖🐶🎄🎅🤶🧑🎄🎉🎀XXXXXXX
I’m not a fan of shopping either! I’ve noticed that here in Connecticut, the stores are all blasting music now. Don’t know if it’s just from not being in stores during the pandemic or it’s some new thing that it gets you to buy more. Personally, it gives me a headache! Lol
When I used to work in retail we used to always play upbeat music so people would buy more. But yeah for me it does the opposite and makes me want to leave asap haha
Yes, Shibuya very noisy and bothering me too. Japanese complaints about foreigners noise and come to thinks they’re the same . Japanese people discrimination foreigners . At the end of the day they’re just same as regular asian yellow skin.
I'm 50/50 on shopping in Japan. The aisles are so narrow and small, and like you said the music is loud and the lights are bright. In some stores there are so many noises, like talking screens, or repeated sounds like theme tunes and announcements. Just the ones in the shops bother me, not like the train ones (which are soothing).

Aww thank you so much for watching! I'm so glad my vlogs have helped!

OMG I want to go to the Pokemon cafe just for the joy of the lovely woman counting excitedly. 🥰
haha shes adorable!
"music is pumping, people are yelling....loads of people" - Sounds Like Lucky Bag Day!
Yeah lucky bag day was the worst, if I decide to do any this year I’ll just buy online lol
If I ever get the chance to go to the Pokémon Cafe again I hope it’ll be during the release of a new game. Really wanted to try the Legends Arceus desserts from Pikachu Sweets.
Ahh that would’ve been cool!

The apartment is coming along nicely
It’s slowly getting there!
I like your blouse, where did you get it? Hina is so adorable 🥰
It was from a fukubukuro!
We appreciate your effort and hard work. Happy Holidays.
Thank you!!
I heard there was something called shibuya blue cave during Christmas have you been to it?
Hina is like 'Muuum, why are you putting away my toys' XD
Haha yeah Hina doesn’t like it when I put her toys away, she usually pulls them out straight away after hahaha

Yeah haha. I always hated shopping but I did it for the content back then in Japan. Now I will only go if I have to buy something
Totally agree with this. I get very nervous in crowds, used to love 'em.
MooMoo Milk, omg!
What were those black things on Bidoof dessert?
Grass jelly!
Hina is like, "Pet bed too small?! Nah, Ma! I got this figured out." lol!! She is so cute!
hahaha she makes it work

It's just like a dog to dig
up the pad in their beds,
she looks VERY comfy!!
Hahah every time I give her a new bed she digs in it
When you think something is too small for a dog but they manage to curl themselves into a 1x1 ball. I don't even know how my doberman does it.
Hahah Hina curls up into tiny spaces all the time

I would try book as soon as you can! I wanted to go for lunch time and had to book 3 weeks in advance
@@kimdaovlog thank you for replying! i'll definitely keep this tip in mind.

How did a restauant in Japan become that infatuated with avocados? It looked tasty though!
It was good!
7:55 Noooooooooooooooooooo
Sorry LOL
Guess Hina doesn't need anymore toys for a long time haha
HHahah I still buy her toys regularly xD that’s why I always have to keep rotating them around

Pika✨⚡️👍
Hina doesn’t fit in her new bed 😂😂 bless
haha its a bit small but she curls up inside it and fits
The three things you mentioned about Shibuya 109 are hell to me - I hate going to loud and bright places.
Yeah, I used to go in there all the time and now it explains why I always felt angry in there
❤❤❤
Hi, I agree that bed may be too small for her.
✨❄️💖🎄✨💖🎄❄️

That’s so true, I just can’t deal with stores like that, I’m not sure how I put up with going there so often before. Trains are fine for me too

Did you order your KFC Christmas dinner?
Not sure if I want to haha... to be honest I don't like KFC in Japan
