As was promised in the video itself, here I will explain all of the ships in my fleet composition and list every possible substitution for each of them.
First of all, it should be noted that a battleship (BB) only fleet might be a better option due to Bismarck Zwei being, well, Bismarck Zwei. I, however, find it a lot more comfortable to use aircraft carriers (CL & CVL), so this video does not include any regular battleship, apart from Kearsarge, which is an aviation battleship. If you want to go for the said team composition, try utilizing Bismarck Zwei, Vanguard and either the newly released Sovetsky Soyuz, or New Jersey in the backline and Plymouth, Emden and Helena in the frontline, respectively. They should work fine.
Now for my personal team. Yorktown II serves only one role: to deal a lot of damage into a single target with light type of armour, but she's not unique in this role. Any other aircraft carrier that has two slots for fighters and a barrage including rockets can be used just fine: Indomitable, Illustrious µ, Theseus and so on. As for Implacable, she's not only able to deal a lot of damage to Pamiat Merkuria on her own, but can also completely prevent the enemy from moving for a few seconds, making it a lot easier for other ships to land their hits on the target. The best replacement for her would be either August von Parseval, or Formidable. Ark Royal, unfortunately, is not suitable for dealing with light armour, so, despite her also having slowing abilities, she's almost useless in this encounter. Kearsarge pairs exceptionally well with aircraft carriers that are designated for dealing with light-armoured enemies, and there are no direct replacement for her among other battleships, so it would be better for you to substitute her with any regular carrier of the abovementioned list.
As for the frontline, just go for any ship that can both sustain heavy damage and buff the backline in any way, For example, Plymouth in this team was used as a main tank and as a buffer for Kearsarge's main gun artillery, while Helena and Bristol, not so tanky on their own, are a perfect way to increase the damage output of your team by an absurd amount: Helena increases the damage taken by enemy for a certain period of time, while Bristol decreases their evasion rate, which is crucial in fights against light cruisers, as they tend to have a rather high amount of evasion stat. Their skill activate almost at the same time -- that's also nice! As for the substitutions, Sirius and any destroyer with Air Raid Assistance, such as Yuugure, Kazagumo, Ariake or Ardent, should work just fine for buffing the regular carriers (but not Kearsarge, sadly). Helena META should also be a viable option. If you need your Vanguard line to be more tanly, add a heavy or a large cruiser: Anchorage, Guam, Kronshtadt, Azuma or Ägir, respectively.
