at 12:26 and 13:55 a better idea is to change the melody note to D and keep the bass on B to preserve the nice descending bass movement
Thank you, Tony. Beautifully played. WHAT a composition. Just listened to the original recording. I remember being an 11 year old anti-Vietnam War kid watching the Smothers Brothers risking their careers on CBS. (btw, just read the Wiki article--- Mason Williams is a super creative being.) Thanks for the memories of 5th grade. Blessings, Maestro. Well-played,Sir.🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
I have noodled on this tune often using the “dual coil 80’s clean” patch on the MoDx. Sounds great on the piano. Thanks to you I can now fill in the blanks!
This will be a fun one to create some interesting variations... Thanks Tony & Cheers from Seattle! 🍻
Great stuff Tony! You're terrific. I'm a classical guy trying to get adjusted to jazz and it's something I'm trying to get adjusted to with all the theory. Thinking about music in a different way. Thanks Tony very much. Regards.
I love that song! Can't wait to play it! Thank you so much!
Nice. Do more classic 50s rock tunes. "Happy organ?"
As a nod to the Olympics, how about giving your take on ‘hymne de l’amour’?
