i have same setup i5 13600k ,6000mhz CL40 , MSI MOTOAR B760M, POWER LIMIT SET 174W FOR BOTH PL1 & PL2, But 240mm AIO, I GET 83 Degrees MAX IN R15 doing the multi core benchmark and 51 degrees max in single test, and my scores are single (284), multi (3609).
gamemax ice chill* ,and just remembered the aio fan curve is adjusted to be higher speed it maxs out at 90 degrees, but the fans from deep cool are quiet and amazing honestly.
I am using 13600K. Can you test it for a long time with Cinebench R23 or R20? With the Z690 motherboard, the processor drawing max 150w with UV offset - 0.0750 v did not exceed 84 degrees. ID Coling 234 with cooling. I bought Noctua D15S, I haven't installed it yet, let's see how it differs from your AK620 :) I will do the same tests, without UV of course.
Please come back with your results. Eager to know and also will be useful to other viewers. I tested in r23 for 15 mins, the clock speeds, temps are almost same as in the video
I am using an aircooler Scythe Fuma with 13600k on a b760i irx board.
so far it is good enough
room tempature

I don’t know much about CPU’s but I did hear the I5-13600k socket is a dead end. What are your thoughts on that?
Yes almost. Wait for 15th Gen or get am5
Unless you really get a huge discount on this lga 1700 , I would go Am5.
