Shame about the camera. Couldn’t agree more about the campsite at Glencoe - the pitches were awful and it was infested with midges - if I was to do the West Highland Way again I would definitely walk that little bit further and wild camp at Kingshouse with access their shower facilities (although there was a lovely spot next to a stream part way up the Devils Staircase that appealed to me too)
Yes we are gutted we don't have any good footage from that day. But like we said. It rained all day and it was a really long boring stretch of road so you didn't miss much 😅 and you couldn't have any skin showing or you were savaged by midges 🪰 Day 6 we're back in action 💪
@@ranbirsingh7666 my knee is fully better thankyou. A few weeks rest and lots of stretches I was back to normal. It was the day along Loch Lomond that really made my knee hurt. I should have used poles that day. I've learnt my lesson 🙂

A very short video on this section of WHW , shame about the facilities , the midges must have been a horrible experience.
