Thank you Troy for the great video description. I just realized that your lens is broken on one side. I had the same problem but never affected my laser projects. If you look closer to your lens it is missing part of the ring.
Welcome to project number Dirty Thirty 😂. Great video with great tips! Thank you for sharing! I’m probably about to order a Glowforge, and I was wondering about cleaning it. Your video helps a lot!
Thanks a Million! I don’t know. I don’t use all proof grade materials, but I do use the settings. Maybe that’s how it stays clean. I use more acrylics than anything.
Could you make a video on cleaning your fan an how you would do it? I truly loved this video way more details then other people an I really don’t want to mess my fan up
I’m so scared to clean my GF - I just got mine in November, but it needs to be cleaned because it’s not cutting thru wood completely. I’m just scurred - wish I could pay someone to do it LOL
@@TroytheMaker haha just a guess, with you putting out all these good videos your channel will be growing and your projects will too. Been enjoying your videos for a while, and I'm serious about you shipping it to me.

I use canned air with the straw piece connected.

No, I haven't.

Hey Troy thanks for the video. I have a question for you..how do you keep your crumb tray clean? Do you use all proof grade Materials?
Thanks a Million! I don’t know. I don’t use all proof grade materials, but I do use the settings. Maybe that’s how it stays clean. I use more acrylics than anything.
Troy the Maker I follow the settings and my crumb tray look like shit. I took apart once and it was a pain in the butt to clean.
I need to do this, thank you!

I have it on a table now.

After cleaning, is it safe to laser on baked goods?
I wouldn't but I have cut and engraved all types of materials.
