You’re good understanding folk. It’s so nice to see you emphasizing with the poor driver of your huge lumber load who made a mistake that could have been very costly both to you and him. Kindness and virtue go a long way and set a great example for us all.

I must admit to a good giggle watching your driller... As an old retired driller it was interesting watching how other people go about their work.... As I said previously - that hole was going to be difficult!!!!! I would run at least a 12hr pump test on the hole before even trying to select a pump...

I've watched several other channels who have had wells drilled and they never cease to amaze me! 875 feet, eh? The conversion of depth in feet to $$$ is enough to boggle one's mind---I salute you for being able to opt for a well vs. rainwater catchment. Aquifer abuse is a nationwide embarrassment and highlights the extent companies have caused our future hopes to be bleak indeed.

I’ve been a home builder for 20+ years. Mistakes happen on material deliveries, your grace to the driver wonderful. That being said, any lumber supplier I deal with, would’ve sent yard hands to the job site to fix their problem. (Without us needing to say anything). Which is normal customer service for my area.

What an eventful delivery... As I watched him pop that tire and then continued to watch him pick each whole stack... well - I don't think I would have offloaded a whole stack at a time, but I never had the equipment he's got. Still... this is exciting - I bet you'll be closed in by the time that white stuff flies... right?? And that would be... the last week of Sept? Or... no.... I mean, here in MN we can get it as early as September, but we are pretty safe until about Nov 1st... no later than that though. Gonna be fun watching you put this together! Thanks for sharing this with us.

Glad too see you TD the WW 🎉 Make sure too get a reliable pump. Maintenance costs on repairing and replacing the pump will be your highest cost after the CV original drilling and completion. If you scrimp now, you will pay for it later. I wish that I knew enough about WW too recommended a pump. My personal experience is Oul & Gas where we pump a lot of water but at rates much higher than you will need. There manufacturers that I know, don't make anything sized to your needs.
