I practice Brazilian Jiujitsu would this help my knees for better support? I had knee surgery on my ACL
I had a ACL injury, can I play with this tape?
Santiago Verbel number 1: don’t play only use if needed. Number 2: please a strap from the bottom of your heel to the top of the Achilles tendon. Number 3: get another price of tape and wrap around the top of tape you just put.
