It seems the further east you go the more episodic the fairytales become, it’s every interesting what stories each culture create but I do wonder if the fairytales of Americas (before any European contact) were more eastern influences than wester.

Mata kaikeyi and Manthara were given their respect back by Sri Rama,when he came back from exile. In fact,again since the elders(Rajmata) were Mata Kaikeyi,Mata Sumitra and Mata Kaushalya, every decision of the kingdom was taken on behalf of the acceptance of the three mothers.
