About Sleep Stories

I've paddled the full length of Milford Sound in the early morning as the sun started coming up. We saw the penguins and seals. Was breathtaking and something ill never forget. This brought back happy memories.
Really stressful day, possibly the most stressful I've ever had. I had an urge to listen to Jerome talk about the tree. Im glad i remembered this video when i needed it.
Only just discovered this series....but please could you speak slower. It's too hurried and therefore not relaxing for a bedtime story. Thank you.
I’ve tried listening to other “sleep” videos, but they never put me to sleep. This has been the only video to put me to sleep for the past couple months. I have pretty bad insomnia. Jerome Flynn has an amazingly calm voice, and the story is so boring it makes me pass out within 15 minutes. I still have no idea how the story ends, because I pass out every time I try to reach the end. 😂😂

I love the stories like this that are actually quite boring, but the combination of the voice inflection and the verbiage used somehow keeps my mind focused enough that I don’t realize I’m fading away at the same time. Might need to get this app.

As I listen to the reading...I can see the beauty and feel the myst on my skin...the deep breath of heavy clear clean air with a hint of cold moisture in my lungs...snow capped mountains...inked blue skies and waters...birds chattering in the distance while dancing on the winds...skin crawling from the ionizing light heating the hair on my face...thank you for the journey

I am giving this a shot for the first time. I have tried rain. I work strange hours, my shifts always change because I am the manager. Im 39 I need my sleep. Any other pointers, I am open to anything. I just do not want to take a pill to sleep. I am already on blood pressure meds.
My sleep anxiety is terrible.
Sleep meditation videos has helped me a ton. Try sleepy cat meditations or jason stephenson.
My sleep sched is effed up too, plus I overthink a lot and get distracted by my phone. So I play sleep meditation videos to stop myself from using my phone and to keep my mind preoccupied from unnecessary thoughts. It calms my overactive mind. When I listen to the meditations, it helps me to only focus on one thing and relax
