- Another day, another LEGO Star Wars drama. This one isn't LEGO's fault though, according to LEGO Star Wars Designers Disney "no longer wanted to use the name" Slave 1 for Star Wars merch. It is currently unknown if this change will extend to the in-universe naming of the Slave 1 but it seems very likely at this point as cancel culture runs rampant. There's a lot of false notions and "facts" flying around such as LEGO ALWAYS changes the names of LEGO Star Wars sets but for the Slave 1 things are different.
