Enchantress is yet another standout epic music track by Thomas Bergersen from Vanquish, the Two Steps From Hell album released at the end of 2016. This one has been requested quite a bit so I had to do it next! Please enjoy my version of Enchantress on piano.
Making the sheet music and practicing this really took it out of me and I had to recover before making the video - that's why there was no upload last week! It might have to be that I can only do videos of this quality every fortnight or so. I always put everything I've got into my videos for you because I always want to bring you high quality, especially with the new trailer music ones I'm doing. Especially with Two Steps From Hell - I'm really enjoying making piano covers of their epic music and this is my third one after High C's and Magika. With these arrangements, I'm continually trying to push myself to do better and better, so I try to do some virtuosic kinds of things when it's a good time in the track. I'm listening to Vanquish quite a lot and it might be cool to do Stallion soon! That's another favourite track of mine from the album by the greatest epic music composers in the trailer music industry.

I played this cover overlapped with the original, the two at the exact same time, and HOLY CRAP!!! I clearly wasn't prepared for that amount of epicness! Everything was a perfect 100% fit, even the rythm :O

Absolutely fantastic. You are nailing it with your TSFH covers. High C's especially I think is one of the best if not the best TSFH piano cover on youtube. I've been listening to the new tracks from TSFH lately and those 2 (Enchantress and High C's) are my definite favourites. Cheers!

If I had to guess, he has the piano connected to whatever he's using to record it, and the headphones are connected to that, since I would guess just recording it wouldn't sound quite as good. I think he's hearing the same as us. This is just my assumption however, don't quote me on this.

So, I did as scaperist before me, and played both this and the origonal video at the same time. It took some finagling to get them to line up, but not more than 4 minutes worth. (It takes some split second refining, otherwise there's a cacophonous edge to the whole thing.)
So, here are my thoughts. Piano is, and has always been, a front row, top layer kind of instrument, mainly because of its sheer range of pitch and amplitude. So, mixing with an existing piece of music that had a built in focus (voices, horns, etc), doesn't work as well as I'd like. It did work rather well, however, it works best when the song is composed with a piano front runner in mind.
Another flawless performance! I have to ask, how much time do you need to arrange and practice this kind of song? Is that something that needs hours, days, weeks or months with your skills?
Yet another amazing cover! This is my second favorite song on the album! I love how you filled in some of the spots where no extra notes would be played with your own notes! I like this cover even better than the High C's one.

Mein ersytes Lieb, dass ich je gespielt habe, war Blackheart (natürlich deine Interpretation) und auch wenn das als Beginner Lied vllt. etwas schwierig war und ihc über ein Jahr gebraucht habe, das richtig zu können, habe ich danach VBicotry gelernt und dann noch viele andere und ich liebe einfach deine Interpretatiopnen! Sukhbat Enkhjikh I think Pegasus would be kinda dull as a piano cover to be honest. There are a lot of long notes and ambience.

I originally came across Two Steps From Hell by absolute accident, I don't know how it even came up given my search. Actually I think it was in the side panel of other videos maybe. Anyways, I took a venture and clicked on it and listened for awhile, then listened to another, then another, before I knew it I was hooked on it. I write this as I listen to this piano version and I have to say that you've done in equally absolutely amazing job of recreating it on your piano. You've won a subscriber out of me. (Which I rarely do honestly. I just playlist things. lol) Thank you for re-creating and sharing something so superb.
