Daily carry amp24 like about 2 years and it’s the best backpack i’ve ever had. Now wanna try amp10 as sling pack

I can confirm from daily driving the AMP24 for more than a year that the back compartment fits a 16" M1 Macbook Pro. It's a really tight fit but if works. You actually have to wiggle the laptop past a small edge on the bottom safety loops but it is manageable and isn't a deal breaker. Luckily the corners of macs are rounded so no sharp edge against the zipper :)
Overall the AMP24 is the best compact backpack I've used. It holds a surprising amount of stuff while still remaining comfortable to use.

Dude, thank you so much this is the only youtube video I found about fitting laptops in this backpack. Everywhere it says that 15 inches fit.
