Number 1, Max I love your channel. Keep it up. 2nd I am also a fan of SBG and glad you had her on the channel. So glad she mentioned oxalate dumping. I don't think that is discussed enough in regards to carnivore. Sally Norton is the road that got me to carnivore and after 2 kidney stones I was very receptive. I say it is important because folks interested in health most likely have gone down the vegan route meaning that after starting carnivore they may get discouraged due to the symptoms that the dumping may bring and blame it on the diet and possibly quit.
I have oxalate poisoning from eating vegan I cannot even use spices without causing pain and illness, I am in my second year eating the ketogenic carnivore way and very grateful for those who choose to share their experiences and carnivore recipes. ❤ I was not looking for weight loss I was looking for restoring my health, 56 Ibs melted away and I am pain free.
Congratulations to you both! Mood improvement is, in and of itself, sufficient reason to go carnivore: for the first time in my life - and I'm 56 - I think I have normal levels of serotonin and I know what it is to just 'feel good' for no particular reason... No need to do anything out of the ordinary to get that dopamine rush: I can just BE and be happy - or at least, not feel bad. When I used to read about how serotonin is the 'feel good' hormone, I used to scratch my head wondering what that even meant!
I had massive oxalate dumping, but was aware of it as a possibility when I plunged into carnivore. I think because of the awareness I kept on track with changing lifestyle choices.
Great interview and great guess great Max! I have had remarkable vision improvements and wondering if either of you have noticed any changes? I am trying to keep an ion that :-) for my channel and upcoming videos perhaps. Love your work.

Veganism isnt a diet , if she doesnt even understand this the rest of her claims seems doubtful .
veganism is a false ideology and a diet that is deficient in over 15 key essential nutrients. VEGANISM IS A SCAM
@GhostRider-ce3eb Yes thank you .
Maybe veganism and vegan diet are 2 different mindsets, this was strictly for health and weight loss, as she mentioned.
@@IMOO1896 Yes vegan has nothing to do weight loss .
I know, sucks that she cares about her health doesn't it? How dare she.
