Absolutely gorgeous, Rassel! What I always admire about your designs is the attention to the ceilings, light fixtures and decor. In this house, I particularly love the curvilinear arch separating the living room from the dining room. I also like the fact that the outdoor space with table and lounge area are so close to the kitchen, which makes hosting guests so easy. Bravo!

I love this floor plan. I love it because no stairs. A few things to consider is a work space for owner of the house because considering most people work form home. An outdoor closet, maybe a hallway closet instead of the sofa that faces the outside patio/lanai area. Its beautiful. Thank you.

It's truly beautiful! Must note, like a toy house, it's easy to make a space look spacious until it's actually lived in, and except for the kitchen, there's no space to keep belongings.

This is my dream house. 🤩
I love it. Being from New Zealand, I would love to open the walls around that inner deck area. Move the Kitchen to the center of the house, backing onto that bathroom, and incorporate that laundry into. Kitchen can be an "L" shape, with the bottom of the "L", an breakfast bar..
maybe. Put the dining room into the kitchen space, and open that entire wall to access that outdoor living space....extend the living room space into where the dining room was. That couch currently facing the outdoor dining space, seems wasted. IMHO.

Not keen on where the washer and dryer are, would move it closer to the bedrooms, but otherwise......
Built in closets are ok. I would probably move the kitchen around just because I don't like the kitchen being wide open to the living area but I know that is the preferred style these days. But so far I definitely prefer your designs over others I've seen

How much area in square feet and total expenses ? I like it very much.

Beautifully designed however id sacrifice the carport area to extend the space in the bedrooms.
Very nice but not enough storage for me. I would need a walk-in closet & places to put dressers in the bedroom. I also don’t care for the location of the washer & dryer. But otherwise it’s a beautiful home. Thank you!
