We love many features of this house, especially the covered outdoor space. With three bedrooms, one would like another toilet (1/2 bath), preferably near the kitchen.

Bgmn jk ada tambahan ruang sebelah rumah untuk garasi mobil dan motor.
Mungkin dibagian belakang ada gudang untuk menyimpan peralatan kebersihan rumah ( sapu, alat pel dll ).
Atau dibikin 2 lantai dilahan yg sama / lahan terbatas lantai bawah sebagian untuk garasi mobil dan motor.

Yes I have some pans in mind which I want use with some modifications if the designers are willing to give me all the blueprint and necessary documents.

Nice unobstructed views from the front porch. However, I don’t think that going up 3 steps and not having a railing would be to code in my area. Having a railing to meet code would change the outside look considerably.

Add more closet space, linen space, storage space, toiletries space since with one bathroom and barely any space for a toothbrush, it doesn't work for hygiene and function for a full family.. it's not just about looks but also function and there is barely any closet space for anything.. increase the length of both living and bedroom and include a master bathroom for additional comfort.. the two chairs outside the bedroom have no purpose...
