I don't know if they used glass or polycarbonate to cover the front window, but it's an excellent option to cover the windows and keep the light in. Without having to belabor the point yet again, there is MORE than enough space to accommodate a DISHWASHER🍽️☕🍵🥤 in the KITCHEN and a CLOTHES DRYER in the LAUNDRY 🧺 ROOM .... If you added at least another foot award on the exterior walls it would make the bedrooms more spacious. I presume that these houses 🏘️🏡 are located in a tropical zone.

You REALLY need to rethink your kitchen designs. This is the worst one yet! Look at that back wall. There is virtually zero work surface. If you take something of the stove top you have a choice of turning around and putting it on the bar height counter or in the sink. There is nowhere beside the sink to put dirty dishes and nowhere to put a dish rack for them to air dry. One single upper cabinet? This house is a nightmare are bad design.
