Beautiful house, but I wouldn't want the stackable washer and dryer outside. It would have to be located inside the bathroom, possibly.

Where I’m from you can have stuff like that outside and no one would steal it, I have my washer and dryer outside and my kitchen is open
It is because house small,that's why place outside !!!
one small change, make the window from the kitchen to the deck into a glass door so I don't have to go around to the front door if I'm cooking at the grill or serving food on the terrace/porch
And close off part of the deck to make a proper laundry room.
One needs to build a little room for laundry...to protect the washer and dryer
With a door to the inside of the house so you don't have to lug the laundry across the porch, especially in extreme temps.
Having a washer and dryer outside would not work for western Canada due to the freezing cold temperatures and the snow in the winter time
Could be just a large cupboard, with room for brooms etc.
Agree about the washer/dryer being outside with no protection from the weather, not good for longevity...

I also love this house. Heck I love most of Truan's designs. This has 1 flaw & it can easily be fixed by taking some square footage from the deck to make a small laundry room. I HATE that it is out there for the world to see. Just think about it yore having friends over for a BBQ get together & your washer & dryer are right there next to the BBQ. NOPE.
OR perhaps do laundry the day before ,OR the day after.
It also seems rather inconvenient when it snows, haha. But then these houses are probably meant to be placed where there are only dry seasons.
My grandma had a ringer washer on her back porch in Louisiana. Some places still do that. A modern stackable washer and dryer need a closet.
The roof is just an easy target for wind damage.

Lovely little house. Needs proper laundry room, storade and closets for storade as well as bedroom and bathroom closets. Heating and cooling units with proper storage for this also. It's a great little house and with proper adjustments it will be fantastic, affordable minimal living.❤

Like the house plans, do not like washer and dryer outside. Where do you park your car ??? Driveway?? The deck is gorgeous. Are the plans $12,000? Also, minor detail the frig needs to open on the other side. Oh, and I hate when the video goes slow around perimeter of the house and fast on inside.

Sweet Birdie and I would fit nicely in it, sending to my son. He wants me to move in his property…that is tiny enough no one will want to come over! Hahahah. Just love it!
Ever thought about putting Murphy beds or sleep sofas or a basements in these tiny homes. Enclosed porches so you can garden all year long and enjoy it all year. All in all beautiful.
Love it❤What I would change is the size of the bedroom. I prefer it in the same size as the bathroom so the livingroom and kitchen would be the same size too. Also I need a second door to the bath from the bedroom, is a must.
The place is so tiny it would just take 2 extra steps to walk out and walk into the bathroom .

The house is beautiful. Closets and storage need to be added. The washer and dryer should be inside near the bathroom. I love the porch!😊
Enclosing the washer & dryer with in a small mud room could also create small storage wall. Overall it’s a beautiful small space, I would make it work.
It’s Amazing how much we have & don’t need. The large porch equals happiness. A good book & sweet tea is all one needs to enjoy it.

I like the design of the inside the master bedroom. If this house is for one person other than Storage, it’s nice in the living room is very tiny.
This would make a good vacation home or a B&B in a milder climate. It lacks storage for full-time living, and others have commented on the makeshift placement of the laundry machines. With a bit more square footage, both problems could be remedied.
Brautiful and great idea for small family .I never wish to have a big house coz I like only to have a convenient life for the family
Ill replace the dining table with kitchen countertop so i can add little more storage for kitchenwares then just put two bar stools

As many others commenting here have stated- the washer/dryer placement is awful. Should never be left exposed to elements. Utilize necessary footage from outdoor deck to make enclosed utility room.
Otherwise well done all around & perfect for 1-2 living here full time.

Again it fails practicality. How are you going to change the sheets on a big bed pushed hard up against a wall. ?? You must make every bedroom with room to move around the bed to change the bedding!

I would connect 2 together, mirror image, via the porch and use 2nd one for the laundry, storage, extra living space, br.
I love flowers but don't like the flowers on the columns due to bees. I'd like the front porch screened. Is that a washer dryer out on the porch?? I also would never have the grill under there, too close to living quarters.

Nice design but a couple issues. W/D isn't cheap these days and should be inside. Swap some outside space for inside. Large deck area is great for warm climate areas and not multi-season. Better to have area you can use full year. Surpised at low starting price.
I agree. I’d much rather have more indoor space ! I’d be happy with enough space outside for a chair and a tiny table for a cup of coffee. As much as this outdoor space looks beautiful it’s too much of a sacrifice to give up living space.

I’m sorry but that star filter you’re using is annoying and distracts from the house, which is why I started watching the video. Please don’t use the filter. 😟😟😟😟😟On a happier note. As a I don’t need a lot of storage, keeping things simple suits me. I would be interested in having another house like this only mirror image opposite the larger covered patio. We’re putting to smaller houses on land and I like this idea (I would extend the bathroom/bedroom area out about 4 feet to accommodate the washer dryers) I like the idea of having a huge covered patio between the two tiny houses.

No indoor washer/dryer is fairly common in parts of the East where weather is mild. Also only small built-in closets in rooms. Houses on the smaller size. This is fairly normal.

Kitchen is just a bit too small. Not enough storage and no oven. I would also need a cabinet for mop and broom
Maybe nix the desk in the bedroom and put a door leading to the bathroom there...then maybe rework the end of the kitchen to accommodate the washer/dryer there...OR extend the interior by the kitchen to include the end of the patio deck, and use that as a store room / laundry. Even a small home needs storage.
And a sliding door to bathroom from bedroom...a door to porch with table and grill or a pass thru..but lovely design

You need to invest in some new, realistic back ground (setting) all the technology in the world is available to put the house in a living environment. What you have now undermines your goal of presenting a beautifully tiny house. If everything is fake, that is how the house will come across…Create a. setting that looks like Mother Nature is the art director…. (I’ve watched 100’s of your videos before this comment…

Washer and drier outside on the porch is just not a good idea and it spoils everything. Also, just not a practical living space with zero storage.

The issue with having washer and dryer exposed to elements is that not only would it rust , critters would love to get to the wiring and also make rat nests… no thanks.
Beautiful concept but needs adjusting.
Everyone agrees that the porches are wonderful, but basically the covered porch has taken some square footage away from the main living areas (laundry, storage, etc.).
