Was his TikTok Height measurement any good?
From this video I was struggling to see him 5ft 10, let alone 10.5.
Maybe 5ft9.5 is a more believable range for him, what do you think?
I posted another video showing correct measurements on my tiktok an updated video measuring correctly since people still didn’t beleive and called out frauding.

He’s probably about 5’10 in reality, but not as high as 5’10.5.
He went to compete in mens physique in brazil and there is a video caught on tape in portuguese that measure him 176 cm

I am 181.6-182 always absolute lowest I ever measured was 181.4 and highest 182.1, all afternoon/night time, I am 183.5 in morning. I was wearing 3cm shoes, while he was wearing 4cm shoes (biggest Nike ones possible) so he has 1cm boost in height atleast could even be 1.5 because my shoes dont have a heel like his so can sink in. Despite this he called me tall when first meeting me lol, and I looked down on him by minimum 1inch possibly 1.5-2. So his 176cm makes perfect sense, 180cm in those 4cm shoes, and Im about 184cm in my shoes, possible 184.5-185. @@caprichante

We have no idea the time of day he was measured. Since he's insecure about his height, I assume he knows about the morning height and losing height thing so he probably filmed this right in the morning. Also the way he measured, 'd say 5'9.5" absolute max.

You know what makes me laugh? Downgraders who go "yeah celebrities always exaggerate yeah he probably wears 17-inch lifts that Rob didn't notice". Like ppl, Rob has been estimating heights for a living for 18 years. He's not going wrong by 2+ inches
He reminds me of Criss Angel.
He could stick the tape to the wall with something and he should have used a box to make something like his own stadiometer. This is how I measured myself.

You could get very close. Some stadiometers might have small errors, and some tape measurements against a wall might introduce an error because the wall/floor isn't perpendicular.

Hey Rob he just did another measuring video and I don’t think anything was really wrong with the measurement on the second video!?? Is there any chance you can do a height expert reaction to see if there were any flaws? Because he measured himself well and normally at 5’10.5 and maybe he is 🤔

Height fluctuates. When you wake up in the morning you're usually half an inch or more taller. Plus if you hang on a pullup bar for a bit your spine will decompress. Posture affects it too. Usually people are shorter at the end of the day especially if they've had a long work day. Don't think he's lying about his height

I’m 6’4.5 waking up and 6’3.75 at the end of the day. Unfortunately I lose a lot of height at the beginning of the day and end up being 6’4 flat around noon. But my question is would I be considered very tall or just tall. I’ve had people tell me different things. Just curious what other people think.

Anything above 6’3 is very tall as far as I’m concerned. I’m 6’2 myself and when I wear dress shoes I usually tower above almost everybody I see around me.

Hi Rob is discrepancy between aerosol height and wall stadiometer height normal? Because back facing wall on stadiometer I only measure 182.7cm but I use an aerosol can with my face facing the wall I get 185.3cm how is this possible?

Hi Rob, i use a tape measure at home and measure nearly or bang on 175 cm in the morning. However on the day i went for medical checkup in the morning too, i was 173.0 cm on an electronic stadiometer and my posture was perfectly straight. So now im debating whether im really nearer 173 or 175. Whats your opinion Rob which measurement should i trust?
Same thing. Electronic stadiometers sucks
You aren't 175, you admit that is your morning height. Morning height isn't considered your official height. If you went for your medical checkup in the morning that means you already were up and walking around so you went down to your true height, which is 173. The stadiometer doesn't lie. Fortunately, nobody except yourself cares if you are 175 or 173.
The stadiometer was off when I went in and got measured. They had me at 5'10.2, though my posture could've been off and I didn't have a great night's sleep. I still don't trust them because I've confirmed many times now that I am indeed 180, 5'11.
@@Mousehansen They can be off if they aren't calibrated correctly. You don't know how long he was up for. Rob says you can take your height at 5 hours after being up. So it all depends on how long he was awake and when he got measured. Out of bed height isn't your height I agree but I'm sure plenty of people claim morning height and it shouldn't be much different to afternoon height.
I’ve had this problem before. I would only trust and stadiometer that’s fully connected to the ground on a hard surface. I measured 6’3 and 1/8th on a stadiometer that wasn’t connected to the ground and on my measuring device I measured 6’3 3/4 and the same thing at the docs stadiometer. Your measurement is probably more accurate

he is a height expert, lol, he been runing a website about HEIGHT ONLY for 20 years or so, documanting many peoples real height, this guy probably knows every stadiometer to exist on earth lol.
So Rob if he was measured with a stadiometer and not a tape measure , there will have a difference ??
It would be certainly be a more believable measurement if you had a stadiometer and didn't rely on a hand on your head.

Zyzz and chest brah fan here, I definitely think chestbrah is around 5ft9 maybe higher than the mark however the lowest max I give him is 5ft8.75.
Otherwise chestbrah I say he is strong 5ft9 177 in the morning dipping to 175 in the night.

Had to correct zyzz’s height one more time just make sure the height measurements of zyzz is correct.

That hundred dollar stadiometer from seca is very inaccurate every time I went to the doctor office I was 6ft when I got the seca rod it told me I was three inches shorter. Just junk.

Hey height was important back in the day for disproving fake nattys you remember those days . Because to measure fat free mass index you needed Height to weight and lean muscle mass that was the formula back in the day before people learned of variance in genetics.

Rob I have a wardrobe that is 191cm when I put a flat straight object on that wardrobe it hits my head plus when I measure against a wall with a floor board to level off the floor I get around 191-191.5cm is that my true height or is there error with the walls because my walls look pretty straight maybe not totally but floor I use a board so should be pretty straight
My doctor measured me with some device where I stood against the wall and looked forward while he brought part of the device down and rested in on my head.
Is this tool a reliable height-measuring contraption?

There are some tape measures that are attached to a wall and you pull it down and a small plastic bar sits on head...these have a greater chance of error than stadiometers I believe, because it relies on the person screwing in the device onto the wall precisely.

Take the average of your various measurements and maybe try different walls too

Tops 5' 9.5" - not much off of that - and NOT upward. Weight lifting is known to compress the spine (eg. Arnold S) so he has seen his best height already.
Arnold has had back surgery (spinal disc fusion) and an entire hip replacement and he's in his mid-70's.

Rob would you say 5-6 hours after waking is a good time to measure for your average daytime height?
5 hours is fine. I've been at hospitals during lockdown and seen people measured right up to 6pm before. Not all people are getting 9-12am appointments...
Rob, he made a new measurement, have you seen it and what is you're opinion of it? Surely, Jeff Seid who you have listed at 5'10, is noticeably taller than him. I and others agree that 5'10 is around the top end range guess for Seid.

I give him 5 foot 10, he measured 90% correctly, only thing he did was move hand up a tiny bit and looked up a lot. If that was in evening hes 100% legit 5 foot 10 if hes 5 foot 9 3/4 at night.

i do the same method as him i'm barely 184cm :(
To be super picky, I wish he'd show the tape measure first then pull it out and tape to the wall so there's definitely no cuts on the tape.
Also he should have his whole body in the frame so we can see his heels planted on the ground, preferably no socks either.
Lastly but most wouldn't = do multiple measurements throughout the day so we know it isn't a morning/pre laydown measurement.
