Much better content than other auction coverage. I am looking at going prices for future purchases. Not old project equipment. But maybe that is their viewership. Please, don't change anything. And the back stories are great and insightful.
Im gonna share this video. I was making guesses on prices of equipment to a guy at work. Everybody has to stop at some point. You could see Mr Wehr was sad he was moving. Prayers for health to him and his family. And thanks for helping bring food to the table for many years.
I met Myron in 1975 I believe while calling on Witmer’s for Butler Mfg. Great people. Proud to see Myron again and wish him the best! Wonderfully kind man. Great operator
A really enjoyable video, I liked the interview at the start hearing about Myron's career in farming. The equipment for sale looked in pristine condition, a tribute to them. As others have said, a shame no family member to take the land on.
Myron seems like a good man. I bet he has a ton of interesting stories. Not sure I like long auction videos, but I like hearing about men like Myron and parts of the auction, like when the bidding gets spirited and the owner's reaction to the auction--not necessarily on camera, but you reporting it. Thanks Mike.
My first combine was a John Deere 95 square back, then we had to96s for a few years. And then when I left the farm I had a 7701A pull type combine. John Deere always served my family well
I thought the ending was the best. Buyers with big rigs found the ground melting underneath and had to be towed out. That woulda been me being towed. I think I saw an F350, 4 door, long bed, duallies w/4WD just like mine being towed. Winter auctions can be risky! I also liked the orange & white cat in the interview. I tried to get my two orange & whites to see it on the screen, but they refuse to acknowledge the existence of screen cats.
Yes he is keeping his antique tractors and a newer loader tractor to still mow around the farms. It's my understanding he's not selling off any land and just renting it out.
Hey Mike, are you worried about contamination etc from the derailment? I feel bad for the farmers in the area. I hope they don't lose their livelihood because of that craziness
Kinda sad that his life has ,,ended,, right that day.........He started small and managed to build an impressive fleet. Also not having someone to pass it on and continue the work is also sad........
Great audio & video. Excellent quality. Thank you.
Mr. Wehr has some nice equipment. Takes a lot to farm and to keep farming if that is something the farmer wants to pass on. Thanks for the video Mike.
It is awesome what this farmer has achieved, he had an impressive fleet of machinery👍
Thanks for the video Mike👍👍
Am glad to be here on your channel, thanks for the wonderful work that you're doing. God bless you 🙏

Myron Wehr has one of the largest operations in my area (that I know of), awesome to see what he has achieved.

Beautiful farm. I love those sheds!
Thanks Mike. I liked it so well I watched it twice
They even showed about the train wreck in Russia in the news. It was terrible.
Good video, Mike. Interesting interview.
This was pretty awesome you should have some more of these auctions I'm not a farmer but I really enjoy these farming programs
What a “ salt of the earth “ man / farmer here. Wishing him the best in retirement!

Great video very interesting

Brings back memories growing up going to farm sales all the time. Times sure have changed.
He’s a very good man. I’ve known Myron for a few years
Great video Mike, I feel like I was there? Oh wait I was! Great talking to you!
Very well done 👍
Lots of bargains at that sale , steal of deal on the combine!!
Beautiful farm a good man but a shame there's no one to pass it to.
I like Mike less videos on RUclips from the imperial county California 👍👍🖐️🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲
Some Nice John Deer equipment
The auctioneer did a good professional auction

I am amazed that there is no snow on the ground and warm temps compared to central Colorado.
Hi uncle Mike. When are you going to put up a video of the National farm machine show?.
I’m working on it. Hopefully next week
Does Myron still have his antiques tractors I remember the 630 and the 730 I actually drove the 630 In a parade in Winona many many many years ago
Yes he is keeping his antique tractors and a newer loader tractor to still mow around the farms. It's my understanding he's not selling off any land and just renting it out.
I'm surprised he didn't sell the 'surplus' barns or did he rent them out as well as the land.......
I’ll say one thing, last year and this year I’m seeing a lot of farm retirement auctions, kind of a shame.
Alot of the younger generations that can take over dont want to work that hard or with the price of inputs being what they are its really a gamble
@@jeffwilliams3642 yeah that’s true
You should’ve asked him if you could take the farm over ask him too hold the note
😎😎
Mike, I don't think I'd call your Columbiana County Northeastern. How about just Eastern? Myron is quite a guy. Respected by all farmers.
Hey Mike, are you worried about contamination etc from the derailment? I feel bad for the farmers in the area. I hope they don't lose their livelihood because of that craziness
I don't know enough about it to say.
@@farmhandmike Myron is not downwind or downstream.
Work with you for free, but get us out of Iraq 😂 because it's too hot 🇺🇸😐 America's dream 🇺🇸💪
Growing a lot of Houses. 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Plowing best way to kill weeds

Another farm gone wonderful what people will do when their is nothing to eat.
That combine went way cheap.
It's ashamed he had no kids to take up the farming.
