That soil stabilisation is amazing been watching Charlie's channel for a few months now. Never thought you could do something like that on such a large
Yeah, for real some BIG machines (checked out by 3 BIG guys) we all love to watch. I, for one, was happy to see you all have a break with a smile from your hard working videos we all love to watch. Glad all of you had fun and find a way to make it more often and thank you for taking US along!
Matt from Diesel creek would love that green tractor. I’m sure he could find a place for it. Enjoying your vids and catching up on some of your old stuff
something in my head was saying something about lightning and on a barge for dredging, for diggin not seriously percise things, like 3 feet down plus minus .5 feet! lol (accounting for wheel squishey lol) BUT something in my head says SOME THING about lightning not taking out the RIG AND BARGE but one will GO prolly if.... kinda thing? don't know the particulzrd and that was just the voices saying stuff again soo erh OHHHH I WINDER IF THEY MAKE A HEAD THAT USES THE HIGH FLOW HYDROCOLIOCS THAT RUNS A LITTLE HYDROLIKX POWERED WATER JET for thrust on the BARGE...?? you use ithat to TAKE THE BARGE WHERE YOU WANT IT, then change heads to the working head.... ;) hummmmm *I* HAVE IDEAS!!!
That was a very entertaining video. I really liked that you included the Dirt Boss too! The extra commentary, and my favorite. Guess what this creature this is, had me laughing. I enjoyed the comments like - it's a paint job away from 100 grand, to a sun drenched Kubota going from Kubota orange to breast cancer awareness pink. Keep these coming. Better than any sitcom on TV! Thanks.
Seemed like a happy relaxing day playing with all the toys. There is something in the saying 'one man's junk is another man' treasure' - some was just past its use bye date. Copperhead Marine's (Charlie's) project is an absolute beauty. Thanks for the tour.
From '03 to '06 I long hauled a lot of junk out of Richie Bros in Ft Worth, TX. Lots of help to load and then you were totally on your own to transport and unload. Not so fond memories. Thanks for sharing.
That's what my uncle does these days auctions are mainly for entertainment and meeting buyers and sellers he got to know over the years of buying and selling. Now he very occasionally buys something
I've never purchased equipment nor am i ever likely too. However, watching the recent series of auction vids from Letsdig, C&C Equipment and yourself... I have convinced myself I would make a fantastic buyer. Thanks for the effort you all put into these.
I like how you went from the biggest excavators to go kart excavators. I am learning that the machines without good paint are usually in better shape than the ones with good paint. That and Ritichie Brothers sells a lot of scrap.
Hey Mike // Chris & Mike !! Great video of Richie Bros. !!! Everything you need to finish "LT. Dan "" !! HAHA With Charlie's project ,think he said it would take at least 1 yr to complete & with looking at the swamp they are in ,can well understand why it would take take long if NOT longer !! Have a good trip back home & ""STAY SAFE ""!!
You know what all of y'all have way too much dang fun and I mean all three of y'all DP let's dig 18 and the dirt boss I wish I could have that much fun and get paid for it LOL
I can't wait to see your at home built set up for soil stabilization. I've been watching Charlie's videos for years. I've thought to myself a few times about how to scale that down to a more manageable size for steep driveway work.
The 6 wheeled JD excavator, saw one the the Air force had in there Maintenance yard. I think those were for convoy use with front line troops to repair bomb crater in a runway. The Military used them. The big green 4 wheeler with blade on front. At one time it had a scraper rear for Military use, I believe. Those Richey Brothers yards are huge. Thanks for sharing.
When you were talking about the big dozers having poor visibility I was just thinking to myself. With them you don't *need* visibility, anything in front of you won't be there for long one way or another 😅
you get use to it i could take the blade on my D10 and place it on a half inch wide by one and a half inch long wood hub and check in my EL on my GPS by my self.
I had to laugh when you messaged me thinking I was at the Florida sale when I was at the one in England ! Anyway I managed to video me messing with the CAT rock truck 😉
You have to be careful at those auctions. I was at one year’s ago and some guys were bidding like crazy on some worn-out mini excavators with shiny new paint and one of the guys I was chatting with said “That’s the most expensive paint those two will ever buy!” Words of wisdom, right there.
I’ve been to a few Ritchie Brothers auctions over the years here in Ontario and never knew how big they actually are until seeing them in your videos. Those micro mini excavators looked like they should be mounted on a pedestal in a playground but they would still be better than a hand shovel.
Chris you need one of those bay excavators. Those little drain catch ponds would thank you. Atleast when your loading the big bucket on the skid steer your uncle could keep up
I always thought the same as that John Deere 764 was a great idea. In talking to the Deere people at trade shows, that unit came out about the time the housing market tanked and then took so long to recover. The JD 764 was targeted at that market of doing the job of both a grader and a dozer on residential development. As to those large dozers such as CAT, Komatsu, or Liebherr, they just keep getting rebuilt. Saw a D11 advertised this last summer by Kiewit that had 75,000 hours on it!! Don't know how many times Kiewit rebuilt that D11 but that's a lot of use. Thanks as always DP for the great videos!! Always look forward every year and appreciate the auction vids with you and letsdig18 and the gang!!
So Chris wanted to buy the blue mini but AMI said they don't offer a thumb for it but they have a little finger that will work! I was waiting for you 3 to have a mini battle and the last one still upright wins! Cool video with interesting information.
I believe that was 8:30 pull pan and the second thing was a 920 semi that would pull lowboys I actually ran the 9:20 when I was in and we had m290s pool pans they would run up to 45 miles an hour you at the tractor and then you hook onto a pan that was the gooseneck that you guys were looking at enjoy the video 🚜🇺🇸
If you never had the pleasure of running a long stick they are fun and I was very surprised how quick you can adjust to grading 50 ft away and loading trucks takes a minute we rent one to do our pond basin conversions when we can't put machines in them
Yeah the speed dozer does a little over 20mph and plows snow better than anything else out does big tractors and loaders like you wouldn't believe and grade as good as a grader you can add top con and grade to millimeters on it
DP, I know you guys went to Florida because of winter but I live 4-miles from a Ritchie Brothers if you’re looking for something I can look around on my days off save some trucking miles even know some guy’s local that haul
"Get that truck" . You was smiling from ear to ear . You can finish Lt. Dan so you can start on this one 😎. Oh and get your wife a Cadillac Escalade to make up for the stuff you bought 😉
Hauled many a machine out of different RB locations around the country... I miss it sometimes but then think of all the junk I've also had to haul out, too lol... At least I never ran across any cylinder mods like that claw!
Awesome Time Nothing like Operating Big Equipment 💪🏼
Yeah there is it’s called operating small equipment
Nothing better than a little dirt in my coffee on a cold Oklahoma morning...
Another awesome video... keep them coming... 😎👍
Chris on the mini reminded me of the tea cups at Disneyland! Lmao! 🤣
In
That soil stabilisation is amazing been watching Charlie's channel for a few months now. Never thought you could do something like that on such a large
Mike, the Deere "High Speed " dozer.. would be great for snow removal. Lol
Yeah, for real some BIG machines (checked out by 3 BIG guys) we all love to watch. I, for one, was happy to see you all have a break with a smile from your hard working videos we all love to watch. Glad all of you had fun and find a way to make it more often and thank you for taking US along!

That military rubber tire is a 830 scraper\dozer. I ran one in a diatamcious earth mine
Yep...830MB. I had one. It's basically a D9 on wheels pulling a scraper. They'll hang on a slope like you wouldn't believe.
nice to see DIRT BOSS making an appearance in the vid
That was a very entertaining video. I really liked that you included the Dirt Boss too! The extra commentary, and my favorite. Guess what this creature this is, had me laughing. Window shopping XL. LOVE IT
Who doesn't love an auction? Great fun, thanks! Be well, be safe!
You guys are having way too much fun. Love the vids. Keep them coming.
Thanks

JEFF ANDERSON CONGRATULATIONS
Awsome see all these machines......well almost all
From '03 to '06 I long hauled a lot of junk out of Richie Bros in Ft Worth, TX.
Lots of help to load and then you were totally on your own to transport and unload.
Not so fond memories.
Thanks for sharing.
Those "micro-mini-excavators" sounded like lawn mowers. Sometimes, going to auctions is entertaining, even if you don't buy anything.
That's what my uncle does these days auctions are mainly for entertainment and meeting buyers and sellers he got to know over the years of buying and selling. Now he very occasionally buys something

Interesting
Hay DP you need to get "little DP" one of those mini diggers for his next birthday 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
Yep getting the little boy a digging
That's A skidder.& forklift for yard.& dock loading.& unloading.& it has A spot for the lull lift accessible.& etc.
When you were talking about the big dozers having poor visibility I was just thinking to myself. With them you don't *need* visibility, anything in front of you won't be there for long one way or another 😅
Lol true
I have seen foremen and bosses park where they shouldn't and suffer the error.
you just crush them
you get use to it i could take the blade on my D10 and place it on a half inch wide by one and a half inch long wood hub and check in my EL on my GPS by my self.
Glad to see ya have a break and enjoy yourself 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Lol 😝
I like these crossover vids with Chris & you. You teach a lot doing these.
Thanks
Glad y'all showed the Diesel Creek side of things!

You can put lipstick on a pig but its still a pig
I see those high speed dozers a lot on highway jobs. Seen a couple on pipelines doing back fill
You have the Big Boy toys at the front , and then the Land of the Misfit toys at the back!
That was fun & very entertaining.. Thank you for sharing..
Glad you enjoyed it
Been to Ritchie bros in Maryland couple of times, they the farm auctions they hold out west are huge
The big green rubber tired tractor was used to pull a scraper, and I think sometimes a water tank. They used to have some in a landfill I frequented.
Great to see you guys all together, the auction video's are awesome
Thanks
Looked like a great day shopping. Stay safe
There are some Gems there and some highly polished Turds 🤣👍👍
I’ve been to a few Ritchie Brothers auctions over the years here in Ontario and never knew how big they actually are until seeing them in your videos.
Those micro mini excavators looked like they should be mounted on a pedestal in a playground but they would still be better than a hand shovel.
yeah my buddy richard ritchie and his brother lives in N.ova scotia and they have alot of locations for there auctions
They call them hydraulic teaspoons here in the UK.
When they straightened 92 west couple yrs ago they had a couple 375s an 6 or 8 D 8 Ts
...fun with the boys...lol..good one, keep safe...
Good video DP with Chris just hanging out
having some fun
Chris you need one of those bay excavators. Those little drain catch ponds would thank you. Atleast when your loading the big bucket on the skid steer your uncle could keep up
That old green tractor looks to be an old Clark 290? Usually hooked to a scraper. Father's friend has one and still runs it.
Sing y'all tow on the mini mini excavators made me wonder if the circus was in town lol everybody needs a mini mini
The 800 kamatsu would be a perfect match for your new haul truck. Imagine how much dirt you could move with both of them
Just think how many views that would get on Facebook! We are talking viral!
from the Netherlands thanks for the video DP
I can't wait till October! Lol. That Chris is funny. Don't ya think. I wish they had raced the mini excavators. Hilarious.
Liebherr....pricey but very well build. Super long life.
Those new LinkBelts are really looking good.
I like the looks of the 375
Chris and Sany, one of the best videos out there.

I love that liebherr long reach just needs to be painted to go with the place it come from
That was a scraper tractor army stuff.
I drove a truck just like that last one you looked at while in the Army in Vietnam, they will carry any load you can think of..
That old military rubber tyred cat was an 830M scraper, missing its scraper box of course.

I see that someone found the slot to put the quarter into those micro mini excavators , and here you thought you left the kids at home ,lol !
Awesome video. Charlie's channel is copperheadmarine all one word like this. 👍
Now you're talking! The big toys!
DP the blue mini excavator that Chris was running would be perfect for MBTS just his size
Operators my rear end. Lol God bless
You should have made 18:00 your thumbnail image. Seeing Letsdig18 run that awesome excavator was great! Would that fit in the bucket of the 220? 🤣
