A fantastic review of a beautiful lens - thank you, Adrien! I’ve eagerly awaited a video about the X-mount version, as the Leica and Nikon RUclipsrs have been raving about this lens for months. This confirmed my decision to enter the manual focus game with this lens - thanks again!

It’s very fun to see you bounce around to different cameras and setups

So Is this shooting closer to a 40mm then? Similar field of view as the 27mm 2.8 pancake? Great video by the way. I really like seeing images folks can get from their gear.

Yeah made me realize that I forgot to mention that, it makes a 42mm 👍🏻
      Thanks!

tyvm for the video. The fastest 28mm lens i've shot with is a f1.8 lens. How well would you say this lens renders out of focus areas? I was unable to really get a feel for it in the images you provided.
On that note, how does this lens compare to the Laoawa 28mm f1.2? Thanks!

Great video. Would love this for Fuji if I could actually get a 28 or a 35 rather than the equivalent crop factors.

Were these edited with LR presets of in camera film sims?
