    I CAN FINALLY DO THIS AFTER 8 DAYS OF CHLOE TINGS WORKOUT LMAO.... at first i literally couldnt like i would fall and didnt do it but TODAY i was able to do it with no breaks wtf i am so proud of myself

      Isabella M my arms really hurt for the first week!! i did this in a womens push up position first then eventually i was able to do it properly

      It was fine during the initial days but yea yoga mat doesn't help much i got bruises on my elbow 😶 but not anymore, its fine now

    Here because of that damn Chloe Ting 😂 I never realised how weak my arms are 🤣 I’m trying to do them once a day now though. I can’t push up using my left arm first yet though, hopefully I’ll get there soon. 💪🏻
