Welcome to the Tactical Games. In this installment of the TAC Games, we follow Recoil Editor in Chief, Iain Harrison, as he competes in a hellish workout and shooting competition based at the Government Training Institute in South Carolina, right in the heart of a decommissioned nuclear facility.
